Description: The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is recruiting Infrastructure Finance Advisors under Personal Services Contracts on a competitive basis. Selected advisors will provide technical assistance to help emerging market governments develop financially sound infrastructure programs and Public-Private Partnership (P3) models, as well as direct financing where appropriate. This presolicitation is open and continuous, with responses accepted until approximately December 31, 2026 / January 1, 2027.
