The selected contractor will perform professional engineering services to support the department's infrastructure planning, design, and related work across California. This California state procurement seeks a qualified contractor to develop a Zero-Emissions Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Plan. The National Air Security Operations Center (NASOC) San Angelo MU-2 Hanga is being renovated as an independent Design/Build (DB) construction contract. To support additional UAS aircraft being based at this location, the existing UAS hangar requires interior improvements by renovating hangar spaces for administrative areas, HVAC upgrades, UPS systems, eight UAS CGCS rooms, locker rooms with showers, a fitness room, fire suppression, M/E systems, integrated security, raised floors, armory renovation, and installation of a 10-ton gantry crane. Existing temporary facilities may require decommissioning and will be negotiated later. Additional UAS are scheduled for delivery Q3 FY28; therefore, it is essential to renovate the hangar to create ground control station rooms prior to Q3 FY28.

Work includes 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 204 CY Of hardpan and rock excavation; 2,390 LF of furnish and install 20" DIP CL 51 waterline; 15 LF of furnish and install 20" DIP CL 51 waterline; 745 LF of furnish and install 20" DIP CL 52 waterline (jack and bore carrier pipe); 745 LF of furnish and install 30" steel casing pipe (jack and bore); 1 EA locate and connect to existing water main; 4 EA furnish and install fire hydrant assembly; 2,405 LF of permanent grading, topsoiling, seeding and strawing. The City of Edmond, Oklahoma is soliciting bids for the Bradbury Corner Stormwater Infrastructure Improvements Project, a construction project located in the Bradbury Corner neighborhood of east Edmond. The work includes stormwater infrastructure improvements such as excavation, installation of silt fence, sediment filters, rock filter dams, and related drainage work consistent with City of Edmond standards. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's IonWave bidding system by the stated closing date and time.

The City of Deerfield Beach (Florida) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to deliver Environmental Services infrastructure projects including water treatment facilities, wellfields, pump stations, process systems, and electrical systems. This Request for Qualifications (CCNA) will rank firms based on qualifications (price will not be considered) and the City intends to negotiate fees, Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs), and completion dates with the top-ranked firm. Electronic SOQ submissions and questions must be submitted via the City's eProcurement portal by the stated question cutoff and submission deadlines.

Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for infrastructure improvements to its Commons Building (COM) and Office and Classroom Building (OCB), with an estimated construction value of approximately $9,000,000. The scope includes loading dock improvements, kitchen and restroom renovations, elevator upgrades, switchgear and electrical gear replacement, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, fire sprinkler and suppression systems, and lighting improvements. A pre-proposal/site tour is scheduled for July 21, 2026, and proposals are due July 29, 2026.

This is a presolicitation notice (Solicitation Number PCA-NIAMS-08199) issued by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases (NIAMS), for an existing integration within the NIAMS GTS (Genomic Technology Section) infrastructure. The procurement seeks entities capable of supporting current systems within the NIAMS GTS framework, with work performed in Bethesda, Maryland. The contract focuses on continuity or enhancement of existing integrated systems supporting federal health research, with no set-aside designation, making it open to all qualified vendors regardless of business size or type.

Work inlcudes fully re-cable the data network with electrical, paint and anchorage/bracing.

The City of Irving (RFP 117LR-26F) is seeking proposals to replace the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) for its municipal water distribution system. The selected contractor will supply and install AMI hardware and software, ensure compatibility and integration with the City's Customer Information System (CIS), provide project management, and deliver a flexible, scalable communications infrastructure (including fixed-network and cellular endpoint options). The solicitation includes detailed technical specifications and attachments, requires mandatory pre-proposal conference attendance, and lists a proposal deadline of July 31, 2026.

The University of Texas at Tyler is soliciting Qualifications for a Construction Manager-at-Risk to provide pre-construction and construction services for Utility Plant and Infrastructure Upgrades at the Tyler campus. The selected CMAR will manage scheduling, budgeting, quality control and must have experience in utility plant and infrastructure upgrades; the project value is listed at about $13,570,000. The solicitation is posted on Texas SmartBuy/ESBD with a contact (Stephen Mikolaitis, smikolaitis@utsystem.edu) and includes an RFQ cover page attachment.

The Department of the Air Force / U.S. Space Force OTTI Program Executive Office published a Special Notice to distribute OTTI architecture documents and invite industry awareness and feedback. The notice provides the program’s architectural framework to help contractors plan for future OTTI activities and does not impose eligibility restrictions or set-asides. The posting is informational and intended to solicit industry input as the program matures, with a notice window through the stated due date.

Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Architecture Documents. The architectural framework for the OTTI program and were developed to directly address the requirements outlined in the OTTI System.

Neighborhood infrastructure planning study.

Seeking statements of qualifications (SOQ) from highly qualified professional consulting teams to support a stormwater and drainageway infrastructure prioritization study.

This solicitation is for the construction of water infrastructure for Section No. 4 of the Thomas Ranch master-planned community, a 2,200-acre development located in the Lake Travis area of Travis County, Texas. The project scope includes the construction of water infrastructure to support the ongoing development of the Thomas Ranch community, which draws water from Lake Travis under a 1,603 acre-foot firm water contract with the Lower Colorado River Authority. Bids are being solicited through CIVCast, with the project originally distributed via Texas Bid Network, and the Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17 (WCID 17) is the likely issuing entity given its jurisdiction over water service in the Lake Travis area.

Work includes approx 400 LF of 8" waterline with valves and connections, bridge-attached waterline crossing, CIPP lining of 1,000 LF of 10" sewer pipeline, structural rehabilitation of eight manholes, bypass pumping, traffic control, fire hydrant installation, and nighttime work.

Roof replacement work. Tear off all layers of existing shingles and replace the entire roof. Replace all underlying rotten and damaged roofs sheathing with 3/4" boars, then install 7/16" OSB sheathing over the entire deck. Remoe the chimney to the below roof line, deck over.
