The City of Southfield is seeking contractor qualifications for various capital infrastructure projects including utility replacement, pavement improvements, grading/drainage improvements, and associated restoration. New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) is soliciting sealed proposals for Obstacle Course Infrastructure Improvements at its Roswell, NM campus, covering concrete mounting pads and footings, site demolition and asphalt removal, fencing modifications and new gate installation, concrete mow strips and curbs, and repairs to existing stone walls. The solicitation (RFP - 2026 - 08) was posted 2026-05-12 and proposals are due electronically via the NMMI Bonfire portal by 2026-06-11 at 14:00 MDT (2026-06-11T20:00:00Z); questions were due 2026-05-27. This is an open, single RFP (not a grant), and the primary RFP document is available on the buyer's portal (download requires login).

Work includes, but is not limited to, electrical (electrical panel upgrade, power (normal, emergency)), bonding, ups, building management system interfaces, asses for new and upgrades to existing hvac, reconfiguration, expansion and renovation of existing space (demo, new construction, finishes, cable), renovation datacenter work (hvac, ups, power distribution, cable management, expansion of space, fire suppression, finishes), communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, upgrade to cat 6a cable) in buildings as necessary, physical security upgrades, assess and upgrade fiber infrastructure backbone campus wide within buildings and between buildings, provide diversified path for wide area network connection, hazardous material abatement. Seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide labor, materials and services for the installation of structured network cabling infrastructure. This project will support voice and data communications within the mayor’s office and associated areas.

Rattlesnake Trail Infrastructure Improvements project, which includes the installation of approximately 1,200 LF of new 5' wide brick sidewalk, plus approximately 200 LF of 5' X 2' concrete box culvert and approximately 600 LF of 24-inch RCP storm drain pipe with related appurtenances.

Acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of public facilities projects.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) issued this RFP to procure architectural and engineering services to perform K–12 public school facility condition assessments under the federal Supporting America’s School Infrastructure (SASI) grant. Contractors will perform on-site evaluations, analyze major building systems, identify deficiencies, and produce cost estimates and standardized reports for 128 facilities. The solicitation is open with a due date of July 17, 2026, and requires completion of Phase 1 assessments by November 15, 2027.
