WARGAMES EXAMINE FUTURE CAPABILITIES; FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT AND REFINEMENT OF CONOPS, TTPS, AND COMMAND AND CONTROL (C2) RELATIONSHIPS; AND ASSIST THE DEVELOPER AND WARFIGHTER IN IDENTIFYING ISSUES EARLY IN THE MATERIEL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.
