All hydrogen-wetted sections must be 316/316L stainless steel with no sulfur-containing components and meet applicable ASME pressure codes and ASTM A967 electropolish/passivation for deionized water service. The procurement will be evaluated on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable basis and requires a 90-day valid official quote, signed representations and certifications, and price justification documents.
