Up to 800 MWac of nameplate rated Wind Energy Resources (Wind Project, Project) and Solar Energy Resources (Solar Project, Project). up to 300 MW of energy, capacity, and environmental attributes from wind, solar, hydro, and geothermal generating resources, and/or capacity from battery energy storage resources, via one or more power purchase agreements (PPA) will be issued simultaneously. Renewable energy certificates (RECs) that qualify under Virginia’s RPS.

Procurement of long-term renewable or low-carbon energy and/or energy storage, offered either standalone or paired, with delivery terms of 10 to 20 years, for delivery commencing between 2027 and 2033.

The solicitation is an active competitive bid (not a grant program), requiring bidders to provide the scope-of-work and related documents. The California Military Department, headquartered in Sacramento, CA, operates the Cal Guard forces and supports educational outreach on energy and water conservation.

The Awarding Authority intends to select and enter into an Energy Management Services Contract with the most highly qualified provider.

Guaranteed energy savings contract.

The City of St. Petersburg is soliciting proposals for an advanced Energy Management Software platform to centralize oversight of municipal utility accounts and integrate with utility billing systems for real-time consumption data and historical usage trends. The system must generate alerts for overconsumption or abnormal usage, support project management tools for energy efficiency initiatives (goal-setting, progress tracking, ROI evaluation), and integrate with existing infrastructure such as solar panels and EV chargers while providing graphical displays and forecasting. The City requires a scalable solution to accommodate future operational and sustainability needs.

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), in partnership with the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission (PUC), intends to enter into a sole source agreement for up to 36 months with Energy Exemplar LLC to obtain additional PLEXOS SaaS Gas Module licenses. These licenses will support gas system planning and regulatory analysis for the State of Minnesota. Because Energy Exemplar is the sole provider of the PLEXOS platform, the procurement is being conducted as a sole source notice rather than a competitive solicitation.

The University of British Columbia is seeking qualified Construction Management firms (Proponents) with a successful track record to provide CM services for the Academic District Energy System (ADES) Electric Boiler & Thermal Energy Storage (EBTES) Project. The core infrastructure project will add 10 MW of electric boiler capacity and a 100 MWh Thermal Energy Storage (TES) tank at UBC's existing Campus Energy Centre (CEC) to support low-carbon thermal energy production for ADES. This is a formal Request for Proposal (Solicitation Number 2026010273, MERX Notice 444075129118) and the solicitation is currently OPEN with a closing date of July 28, 2026.

The City of Greensburg, Indiana is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide energy audit, engineering, and building energy improvement services for Greensburg City Hall. This project is funded through a $200,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program, administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development. The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive energy audit, identify cost-effective energy efficiency improvements, and may provide construction services to implement approved improvements, with an anticipated project duration of approximately one year.
