The City of Greensburg, Indiana is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide energy audit, engineering, and building energy improvement services for Greensburg City Hall. This project is funded through a $200,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program, administered by the Indiana Office of Energy Development. The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive energy audit, identify cost-effective energy efficiency improvements, and may provide construction services to implement approved improvements, with an anticipated project duration of approximately one year.

RFP for an Energy Efficiency Program offering incentives for projects that reduce annual energy consumption by at least 100,000 kWh or site electrical demand by at least 20 kW during on-peak hours.

Provide 2026 battery energy storage system. The system will support: peak demand reduction; energy arbitrage; grid resiliency; ancillary services (if eligible); critical load support.

Work involves replacement of digester gas piping and gas safety equipment and associated supports, replacement of two access roof hatches (cover and frame) on each digester with provisions for concrete repair, modifying existing two side hatches on each digester, recoating interior headspace of each digester, concrete repairs to the four digester and building, installing new level measurement device on each digester, installing five linear generators and associated electrical, installing biogas conditioning equipment and RNG Upgrading system, installing a RNG injection pipeline from the RNG upgrading system to PG&E's injection station, replacing steam boiler and steam system appurtenances with heating water boiler and hydronic system, replacing existing waste gas flares with new enclosed flares, demolition of the Cogen facility and appurtenances, and other civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, demolition related improvements.

The Colorado Department of Education is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide A/E services for HVAC, electrical, and energy upgrades at the Colorado Talking Book Library in Denver. The scope includes replacing aging rooftop HVAC units, refurbishing support frames, improving exhaust and specialty HVAC systems, and upgrading networked lighting controls across design, construction, and post-construction phases. The Kentucky Energy & Environment Cabinet (EEC) is soliciting sponsorship and exhibit opportunities for the 2026 Governor’s Conference on Energy & the Environment to be held in Frankfort on October 19–20, 2026. The solicitation describes multiple sponsorship and exhibit levels (Commonwealth Sponsor $10,000; Goldenrod Sponsor $6,000; Viceroy Sponsor $3,000; Cardinal Exhibit $500) and requires submission of a signed solicitation cover page, a completed Technical Proposal Form (Attachment A), and a notarized Affidavit for Bidders (Attachment B). The period of performance is from award through October 20, 2026 and bidders must comply with Kentucky procurement/tax disclosure requirements (KRS 45A.485).

Energy efficiency (sealing windows & doors). provide comprehensive exterior sealing services for four (4) fire stations. The goal is to identify and remediate failing or missing sealants around all exterior personnel doors (man doors) and windows, thereby enhancing building durability, pest control, and thermal efficiency.

The Illinois Power Agency announced the Fall 2026 Block Energy and Capacity Request for Proposals (BEC RFP) on June 23, 2026 to procure monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products, including combinations, for Ameren Illinois Company (AIC) and Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), covering the delivery period October 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. The solicitation additionally covers capacity products for AIC for the planning-year periods June 1, 2027 to May 31, 2028 and June 1, 2028 to May 31, 2029. A bidder information webcast is scheduled for August 3, 2026, with the full procurement schedule posted on the Calendar page of the IPA's procurement website administered by NERA.

The Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) is soliciting sealed bids for the TEMA West Regional Coordination Center (RCC) Facility and Energy Update, located in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee (SBC Project No. 361/042-01-2024). The project scope includes replacing emergency generators, fencing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems along with exterior and interior facility updates and all related work as specified in the invitation to bid. A pre-bid conference was held on July 8, 2026, at the Franklin Taylor National Guard Armory, with sealed bids due on July 22, 2026, at 2:00pm CDT and a public bid opening scheduled for July 23, 2026 via WebEx.

Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) seeks to prequalify Energy Services Providers (ESPs) to compete for Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (GESPCs). The RFQ requires SOQs demonstrating capability to develop, audit, design/implement, finance, and verify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs); minimums include audited financials, specified bonding and insurance (CGL and professional liability), ability to guarantee savings and arrange financing, and completion of at least ten GESPC projects with at least one year of savings performance. This process creates a Prequalification List (no project awards) for State Agencies to invite to future RFPs.

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is issuing an open solicitation (Request for Qualifications/RFQ-style) seeking parties interested in leasing and developing parcels of NYPA-owned land for energy storage projects throughout New York State. The solicitation, posted on the New York State Contract Reporter (NYSCR) as ad CR# 2136537, will remain open for a two-year window to give developers time to identify suitable sites and propose lease/development arrangements. This is a long-term land leasing opportunity related to battery energy storage and is not a grant program.

The California Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) is soliciting bids for a one-time service to upgrade the existing Niagara Tridium R2 Energy Management System (EMS) at the Hugh Burns State Building #701 located at 2550 Mariposa Mall, Fresno, CA 93721. The scope of work includes providing and installing all required equipment, repairs, technical support (up to eight hours per year via telephone), and training, all in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and California Code of Regulations Title 24. Bidders must hold a valid C-20 (Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) and/or C-10 (Electrical Contractor) license, and technicians must be Tridium AX and N4 certified; the contract term is one year from execution with a small business preference available.

The Town of Royalton is soliciting bids for energy improvements to the Royalton Town Garage, including an LED lighting upgrade, installation of a 13.5 kWh (or larger) lithium battery energy storage system, and a Level 2 EV charger. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible total contract price and the contractor is responsible for permits, construction management, and coordinating with the town's grant manager; the project is expected to be completed by November 15, 2026. Metro Vancouver is requesting proposals for a Thermal Energy Networks Regional Opportunity Analysis. The work involves building on existing regional knowledge about thermal energy networks (TENs), also known as district energy, to evaluate opportunities in the region for low-carbon TENs that primarily rely on low-carbon energy from the outset, drawing on technology and policy innovations from local and other jurisdictions. The selected consultant will analyze potential locations and applications for low-carbon thermal energy networks across the Metro Vancouver region to support decarbonization efforts.
