Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) seeks to prequalify Energy Services Providers (ESPs) to compete for Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (GESPCs). The RFQ requires SOQs demonstrating capability to develop, audit, design/implement, finance, and verify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs); minimums include audited financials, specified bonding and insurance (CGL and professional liability), ability to guarantee savings and arrange financing, and completion of at least ten GESPC projects with at least one year of savings performance. This process creates a Prequalification List (no project awards) for State Agencies to invite to future RFPs.

Through this funding opportunity, and in working with labor organizations and registered pre-apprenticeship programs across the State, the State Energy Research and Development Authority seeks to grow a diverse, equitable, and inclusive pipeline of skilled talent for the clean energy labor market. Charleston County Human Services dba Palmetto Community Action Partnership is soliciting BPI Certified Energy Auditors and Quality Control Inspectors for its Weatherization Assistance Program, requiring active Building Analyst (BA) or Energy Auditor (EA) certification and IREC-accredited Quality Control Inspector certification, plus liability and workers' compensation insurance. The work includes conducting energy audits, inspecting homes, and ensuring weatherization work meets program standards. Proposals are due August 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.
