Provide in-person, Energy and Water Sustainability Education Programs ("Education Program(s)") that align with the goals of APU and incorporate Next Generation Science Standards ("NGSS") with an emphasis on educating school children (grades K through 12) about the utility through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics ("STEAM") curricula and programming. Seeks to achieve maximum cost savings and stability of long-term electrical rates by entering into a power purchase agreement (ppa) to host solar photovoltaic (pv) and battery energy storage systems (bess) for the in-scope properties. Implementation schedule that meets the start and completion dates necessary for the construction to qualify for all inflation reduction act incentives that range from 30% to an additional 40% in bonus incentives, and other federal incentives and few locations, to add resiliency of power supply against natural disasters.

Seeking to select and implement a new energy trading & risk management.

The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals to perform evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V) of its Energy Optimization programs. The work covers residential (including income-qualified), commercial & industrial, small business, electrification, and other EO program types; the selected contractor will quantify annual gross kWh savings and provide timelines and milestones for each program. The solicitation specifies the evaluation period (Jan 1, 2027 through Jun 3, 2030) and requires proposals to be submitted via the BWL IonWave portal.

Support an energy resilience outreach and education campaign in Eastern Washington and the North Olympic Peninsula. Successful 501c3 applicant(s) will conduct an outreach and education campaign to provide reliable, data-driven, and unbiased information to disproportionately impacted and over-burdened communities and tribes, supporting them to make sound and informed energy resilience decisions.

Seeking to develop a list of pre-commercial energy storage technologies and products to be used as a pipeline for its pre-commercial projects.

The financial advisor shall be able to complete tasks related to the project s financial model that may include: Audit and validate the financial model. Ensure the financial model functions correctly, matches project contracts (e.g., engineering-procurement-construction (EPC), inputs, offtake), and makes reasonable input assumptions consistent with industry norms (e.g., costs, prices, sales, ratios, etc.). Work with EDF (and its Advisors) and Sponsor to correct/improve/maintain the financial model throughout due diligence. Periodically summarize key model outputs for EDF (e.g., coverage ratios, reserve accounts, equity returns). Build lender base case model. Update the Sponsor’s financial model with lender base case terms and assumptions. Work with EDF (and its other Advisors) to identify and test lender base case terms and assumptions. Hillsborough County's Engineering and Operations Department is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified consultant firms to provide professional engineering and technical services for the operations, permitting, design, planning, inspection, and assessment of the County's Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Facility, the Resource Recovery Facility (RRF), and other Solid Waste Management Systems. The estimated contract value is $6,000,000. Proposals must be submitted via the County's procurement portal by July 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT.

This RFP is for commercial energy efficiency products, specifically Commercial LED Pole Mounted Lighting, Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment, and Heat Pump rebates.

Through this program, owner will provide funding to clean energy businesses interested in hiring interns to perform meaningful work in the clean energy sector. With this Program Opportunity Notice (PON), both clean energy business and interns can apply to participate in the program. NYSERDA will collect applications from both the business and potential interns and verify business eligibility to participate in the PON. Accepted businesses will select, interview and make an offer to intern candidates.

The University of Waterloo has issued a Request for Bid (RFB) for the construction and installation of a new dry room at its Energy Research Centre (ERC) in Waterloo, Ontario. The solicitation falls under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and full bid documents can only be retrieved through the University's Bonfire procurement portal. Bids were published on June 24, 2026, and must be submitted electronically with a closing deadline of July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT.

The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking a contractor to provide evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V) services for its energy efficiency programs, including the EmPOWER Maryland Program. The selected contractor will develop evaluation plans, collect and analyze program data (such as energy savings and customer satisfaction), and deliver regular reports to the Department. The contract will run for an initial three-year period with two optional three-year extensions, with a budget estimated between $2.5 million and $5 million.

Energy Services Company (ESCO) to develop and implement an Energy Savings Plan (ESP) under the New Jersey Energy Savings Improvement Program laws (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.6 and 18A:18A-42) utilizing the Hybrid Model configuration.

The Maryland Public Service Commission is issuing this Request for Proposals for Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification (EM&V) of Energy Efficiency Program Services in connection with the State's EmPOWER Maryland energy efficiency program. The selected contractor will provide independent third-party EM&V services to evaluate, measure, and verify the energy savings, demand reduction, and related impacts produced by EmPOWER Maryland energy efficiency programs operated by participating electric utilities. The RFP was issued on July 1, 2026 and responses are due by August 27, 2026.
