The selected contractor will develop research and evaluation plans, conduct stakeholder engagement, and perform ex-post analyses to estimate energy savings. This procurement is a formal solicitation published on Cal eProcure with bidding closing in April 2026.

The Iowa Energy Saving Loan (ESL) Program is a revolving loan fund offering low‑interest loans to building owners for energy efficiency upgrades in Iowa. Loans at 0%–2% interest support projects recommended by qualifying energy audits and are available to eligible commercial owners and qualifying affordable multifamily properties. The program is administered by IEDA via IowaGrants.gov and is open through multiple years, with this round’s final application deadline on May 1, 2026.

Proposals should describe the transaction, location, expected outcomes, investment structure and expected return, and explain how the transaction will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and align with NY Green Bank priorities.

The Edmonton Public School Board is seeking qualified electric energy suppliers to provide financial settlement differences arising from a fixed-for-floating price hedge to meet the Division’s requirements. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) will establish a qualified supplier roster for subsequent second-stage competitive Request for Quotes processes. Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) issued an RFP seeking professional technical, economic, environmental, and investigative services to support Research & Development, Energy Trading & Contracts, and Power Generation Departments to help decarbonize SMUD's energy portfolio. The contract is for three years with two one-year optional extensions and includes support for technical reviews, litigation support, program planning reports, and RFP preparation assistance. The RFP is for on-call renewable energy technical services and requires proposers to demonstrate key personnel experience and achieve minimum technical evaluation scores.

The consultant will provide energy compliance and decarbonization planning services to support regulatory compliance, energy efficiency, greenhouse gas reduction, electrification, resilience, and sustainability across approx. 80 port facilities within the maritime and economic development divisions. Of these, 16 buildings are currently subject to compliance requirements and 37 are targeted for decarbonization. Services may include regulatory support, energy audits and modeling, commissioning and monitoring, cost estimating, certification support, renewable energy evaluation, and data management.
