The City of Pasadena Department of Water and Power is soliciting proposals for carbon-free energy resources and energy storage projects to meet local sustainability goals. Proposed projects must align with the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and be capable of starting commercial operations by December 31, 2030. The city is seeking long-term contracts of 10 years or more to secure reliable carbon-free energy for its utility customers.

Provide comprehensive carbon-free energy resources solutions, consistent with the city's commitment to reduce climate impact and to promote carbon-free resources. In no particular order, the focus will be on, but is not exclusive to:wind, including all air-flow technologies involving turbines of any type. ; geothermal, including all temperature-gradient technologies; hydro, including all mass-in-motion technologies involving fluids and hydro efficiency improvements; solar, including all photovoltaic and photo-optic technologies that directly convert sunlight to electricity. The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is soliciting proposals for Energy Optimization Programs to develop and implement energy optimization plans and energy-efficient solutions over a 3-year period (2026–2029). The selected contractor must comply with BWL’s Safety Manual and will be evaluated on responsiveness, price, schedule, exceptions, financial stability, and relevant experience. The Oklahoma Department of Commerce is soliciting Energy Planning Consultants to provide technical assistance, data analysis, and development of Community Energy Strategic Plans aligned with the U.S. DOE CESP Roadmap. NYSERDA / NY Green Bank is seeking proposals from private capital providers and industry participants for clean energy financing arrangements to facilitate private investment in New York State clean energy projects. Proposals should describe the transaction, location, expected outcomes, investment structure and expected return, and explain how the transaction will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and align with NY Green Bank priorities.

The Edmonton Public School Board is seeking qualified electric energy suppliers to provide financial settlement differences arising from a fixed-for-floating price hedge to meet the Division’s requirements. This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) will establish a qualified supplier roster for subsequent second-stage competitive Request for Quotes processes. Work includes replacement and/or repair of glass windows, dual repairs, obscure bathroom glass and glass pick up.

Work include reduce energy and operational costs. Modernize aging hvac, lighting, and mechanical systems. Replace electric resistive heating where feasible with air-source and/or groundsource heat pump systems. Improve efficiency of pool heating, ventilation, and dehumidification systems. Maximize available utility rebates, state and federal incentives, and tax credits. Transfer financial and performance risk from the town to the contractor.

Provide upon receipt of a customer audit request and customer usage data provided by the city, a successful respondent will schedule an audit with the customer in a timely manner and notify the city of the scheduled audit. Respondent also agrees to contact the customer at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled audit to provide a reminder; submit invoices, in approved format, on at least a monthly basis; comparison of annual usage, identifying abnormal usage patterns, possible causes, and potential solutions; testing of all combustion appliances (including, but not limited to, furnaces, boilers, and water heaters) for efficiency, flue gas spillage, carbon monoxide, and fuel leaks using a combustion analyzer.

Provide renewable energy generating facilities.

Provide Owner with diverse technical, energy, economic, and environmental analytical capacity, some of which may be requests for services on short notice (with exceptions, short notice is typically considered to be three to six months). Owner’s mission includes the provision of research, analytic and modeling support on a range of topics, often with finite time horizons.
