The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) issued an RFP to procure technical consulting services to design a successor Net Energy Metering (NEM 2.0) tariff framework required by the Utility RELIEF Act. The contractor will develop a value-stack based tariff design, coordinate with stakeholders and the NEM 2.0 Work Group, and produce a Tariff Framework Report and calculator tool. The period of performance is two years starting with a Notice to Proceed expected July 1, 2026, under a Double Envelope Proposal process.

The Maryland Department of General Services seeks qualified Master Contractors to perform energy efficiency upgrades at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) in Baltimore, MD under PORFP BH-111-230-003A. Only Master Contractors awarded under Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) EC-001-220-001 for the Central Region may bid; the project budget is estimated at $1,000,000–$2,500,000 and the work must be completed within 275 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders must meet MBE (10%) and VSBE (1%) participation goals, submit required bid and certification forms, and proposals are due by 2026-06-03.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks a Prime Contractor to lead architectural and engineering teams in designing and executing evaluations of California Energy Code compliance to address statewide data gaps. The selected contractor will conduct field studies to identify systemic compliance issues and regional variations while developing replicable evaluation tools and technical assistance. Submissions must be managed through the California Energy Commission’s Grant Solicitation System (GSS) by the July 2026 deadline.

Support initial Photovoltaic Solar (Solar) or Solar and Energy Storage (Hybrid) system feasibility assessments for selected City-owned facilities. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information regarding consultant capabilities, technical approaches, estimated costs, implementation strategies, and available technologies related to Solar and Hybrid systems to support informed decision-making prior to committing to contracts or equipment purchases. Provide professional design services for waste to energy facility.

Montana State University (College of Education, Health, and Human Development) issued IFB MSU-IFB-2026-0831 to procure one Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DXA) instrument for research and health assessment use. The solicitation is open for bids from 2026-05-20 through 2026-06-03 and carries an estimated value range of $70,000–$180,000. Bidders are required to provide a current W-9, compliance documentation per Attachment 1 - Specifications, contact information, and must register in SmartBuyMSU if awarded.

Procurement of construction services for the Utah San Rafael Energy Lab - Security Checkpoint, including asphalt parking, an 8' security fence, and a 12'x20' pre-cast ballistic rated security shack.

Provision of residential energy storage incentive program and the retail energy storage incentive program are incentive-based programs that award participating contractors for eligible energy storage systems. The programs are designed to accelerate the energy storage market in new york state to reach 6 gigawatts of energy storage capacity statewide. The residential program offers incentives to smaller energy storage systems, while the retail program offers incentives to larger energy storage systems, up to 5 megawatts in capacity.

NYCEDC is seeking partners to finance, own, and operate two flagship Thermal Energy Networks in Hunts Point and Sunset Park to deliver decarbonization and energy resilience. The RFEI requires demonstrated experience in ownership and financing approaches that support quality job creation in underserved industrial communities. Responses must be uploaded as a .zip file via the NYCEDC project webpage by the deadline of June 9, 2026.

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for specialized energy industry and public utilities-related training services to be provided to California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) staff. The solicitation is posted on Cal eProcure with a non-mandatory pre-bid conference and lists Michelle Thibeaux-Smith as the contact for questions. The response deadline is June 4, 2026, and the event was officially posted on May 1, 2026.

Work includes the replacement of cooling tower 1 with a 2400-ton cooling tower on the plant roof with all associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
