Description: The Illinois Power Agency announced the Fall 2026 Block Energy and Capacity Request for Proposals (BEC RFP) on June 23, 2026 to procure monthly on-peak and off-peak standard block forward products, including combinations, for Ameren Illinois Company (AIC) and Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd), covering the delivery period October 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. The solicitation additionally covers capacity products for AIC for the planning-year periods June 1, 2027 to May 31, 2028 and June 1, 2028 to May 31, 2029.
