The Township of Guelph/Eramosa has issued a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to retain a consultant to undertake an Interim Control By-law Study (By-law #05/2026). The main goal of the study is to evaluate existing land uses—particularly employment lands—and prepare and present recommended updates to the Township's Zoning By-law under the Ontario Planning Act, ensuring those lands are used for the highest and best purposes that support employment and job opportunities.
