The New York State Council on Developmental Disabilities (CDD) is soliciting proposals for the Customized Employment Initiative to fund one grantee up to $350,000 per year for four years to identify and eliminate gaps in customized employment services across New York State. Applications must be submitted through the Statewide Financial System (SFS) and nonprofit applicants must be prequalified in SFS by the proposal due date; the posting references required attachments and application documents available via SFS and the CDD funding page. The RFP release date is listed as 2026-06-29 and the proposal due date is 2026-08-07 (11:59 PM ET), with an anticipated award announcement on 2026-09-08.

Seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit, community-based organizations to provide Employment and Career Development services and programming to youth, young adults, and adults.

Seeking a vendor to perform the following services: pre-employment medical examinations and drug tests; return-to-work medical examinations and drug tests; and post-offer physical assessments for physically demanding jobs. NASPO ValuePoint released an RFP (60-00000-26-00092) for Temporary Employment Services to establish Master Agreement(s) for use by state and other eligible public entities. The RFP was released June 18, 2026 and makes solicitation documents available on the State of New Mexico procurement portal and the NASPO ValuePoint solicitation status page. The Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP #2026027) seeking qualified contractors to provide Pre-employment and DOT/DMV Certification Medical Examinations, and Reevaluation of Job Description Physical Requirements services. The selected contractor will conduct pre-employment physicals, DOT/DMV certification exams for commercial driver positions, and reevaluate the physical requirements of job descriptions for SacRT employees and prospective employees. SacRT supports Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Local Business Enterprises (LBE) and will provide 10% point preferences for SBE participation and 10% for Local Business participation, with a combined 20% preference for bidders meeting both criteria. The platform supports candidate evaluation of reliability, honesty, and integrity for correctional officer and other sensitive positions, and is already in place at the agency under a prior five-year term running through June 4, 2028, with annual renewal pricing tied to the CPI-W index. Develop and maintain an integrated optimization capability and enhance reconstruction capability. Implement emerging technologies using portable software implementations and implement it according to state-of-the-art industry interface standards. Incorporate a life-cycle maintenance capability by employing source code management system to track current and future changes, automated testing, cross-platform practices, and online issue tracking.

Provide stipends for temporary work experience and/or employment training that will lead to in-demand, living-wage employment.

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Transform Milwaukee Jobs Program - Foster Population, a subsidized employment program. The program provides subsidized employment to unemployed low-income adults in the Foster Population in Milwaukee County to transition them into stable unsubsidized employment. The RFP seeks a qualified contractor to administer the program, with goals of transitioning participants to unsubsidized employment, increasing child support payments, supporting reunification with children, and helping former foster youth live independently.

This solicitation seeks contractors to deliver employment and training services to residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment & Training (SNAP E&T) 50-50 reimbursement program. Contractors will provide eligible workforce supports while costs are reimbursed under the program's cost-share arrangement, where the state reimburses 50% of allowable, non-federal costs for organizations delivering employment and training services to SNAP recipients.
