The factual basis for these claims range from premises liability, automotive liability, employment actions, discrimination and civil rights violations.

Provide comprehensive municipal legal services as township solicitor. The solicitor will serve as the primary legal counsel to the board of supervisors and administration, providing general counsel, legislative drafting, meeting attendance, contract review, labor and employment guidance, land use and zoning counsel, and litigation oversight, among other duties.

Agency with choice (AWC) is a model of self-directed service delivery which requires providers to share employment responsibilities with self-directed program participants (participants) and families. The AWC provider serves as the employer of record for the employee hired to provide services to the participant, and the participant/family serves as the day-to-day managing employer.

Provide general counsel legal services. Legal services may include HUD and HCV program compliance, fair housing and landlord-tenant matters; employment and governmental legal matters; procurement and contract review; board governance and nonprofit guidance; litigation and administrative representation; affordable housing and multifamily operations support.

Seeking to develop a list of qualified training providers to provide re-training services to dislocated workers for the purpose of assisting these individuals gain new skills for employment at a new job and at a salary comparable to the individual's previous job. The anticipated duration for this Contract is 5 years with two (2) five (5) year options to renew.

The Illinois Department of Employment Security is renewing its lease for approximately 13,000 square feet of office space in the Illinois Building in Springfield. This renewal covers the 8th and 9th floors of the facility for a period of performance from June 2026 through May 2031. The estimated total value for this five-year renewal period is $801,710.

The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) seeks to pre-qualify service providers offering career and employment development, financial capability, and education and training services to respond to future scopes of work. Providers will be evaluated through an RFQ process and must meet minimum scoring and capacity requirements to be added to DHCD's provider list.

The Cook County Office of the Sheriff is soliciting bids for polygraph testing services to support pre-employment screening, criminal investigations, and internal affairs inquiries. The procurement is an IFB with a one-year period of performance and requires certified polygraph examiners to deliver detailed examination reports. The opportunity is currently open for submissions and is non-federally funded.

This is an open-ended Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to create an approved vendor list for attendant care, behavior supports, and employment supports for DHHS clients (including persons with ID.RC and/or ABI) under the Limited Supports Waiver. The solicitation enables RMWDA to plan and coordinate conferences, director's retreats, and technical assistance across Colorado workforce programs. The fiscal sponsor will oversee all aspects of financial sponsorship, including functions typically associated with charitable solicitations, donations, and grant administration. Responsibilities will also include providing human resources support, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with state and federal employment requirements, preparing financial reports, government filings, and the implementation of appropriate risk-management measures (including insurance and access to legal counsel).

The County of Atlantic is soliciting proposals for election ballot printing services for the 2026 elections, covering all required materials and services.
