Provide on-site, voluntary supportive services for families residing at Madrona Square, an EHA-owned and operated housing community. The selected proposer(s) will provide trauma-informed, tenant-driven supportive services to families recently exiting homelessness, with a focus on housing stability and long-term successful tenancy. Services may include, but are not limited to, case management, behavioral and mental health supports, life skills education, family and child services, employment and educational resources, and eviction prevention. Participation in services will not be a condition of tenancy.
