Non- emergency transportation services.

The Illinois Department of Public Health is soliciting competitive proposals for emergency courier and temperature-controlled logistical transportation services to move vaccines and medical supplies from a federal warehouse. The procurement emphasizes handling temperature-sensitive materials using agency-provided portable freezers and requires statewide delivery capability with flexible scheduling. Replace the existing UPS system including demolition and renovation of existing construction and systems to upgrade existing space to accommodate replacement system.
