The service should support number storage/processing, multi-number calling, resident confirmation, and delivery reporting for a multi-year contract.

The Delaware Army National Guard is soliciting sealed bids for the design and installation of an 80 kW natural-gas emergency generator and associated electrical infrastructure at Field Maintenance Shop #4 in Seaford, DE.
