Description: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Department of General Services) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide turnkey congregate sheltering services and large-scale feeding operations in response to emergencies or disasters. The contract is for 10 years and requires contractors to supply shelter facilities, culturally appropriate meals, hygiene services, staffing, and to complete a qualification application administered by the Department of General Services, Bureau of Procurement.
