Description: The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) is establishing a city-wide pre-qualified list of contractors to perform emergency reconstruction, replacement, and ancillary restoration of broken water mains across the municipal water distribution system. This is a Request for Qualifications requiring contractors able to mobilize rapidly and provide labor, materials, and equipment for emergency water-main response.
