The Maryland Department of Labor issued an RFP to procure an integrated SaaS management solution and customer support services to administer the Federal Worker Loan Programs under the Protect Our Federal Workers Act of 2025. The scope of work includes an applicant portal, eligibility verification, AI-enabled document processing, fraud prevention, and a secure repayment platform over a three-year base period. This Small Business Reserve procurement includes MBE/VSBE participation goals and features a virtual pre-proposal conference scheduled for May 20, 2026.

The fundamental purpose of this CSO is to enable the Government’s product teams, customers, and/or end users to rapidly react to stimuli in the most flexible possible way, and to continually attempt to evolve customer-facing product support capabilities in novel, unpredictable, and unknown ways. Project management/ construction management services.

The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority (RITBA) is seeking proposals for a remote E-ZPass customer service call center and manual review of images from the lanes.

Provide remote e-zpass customer service call center services. The selected vendor will support ritba e-zpass customers by delivering high-quality, professional and efficient customer service interactions through a fully remote call center model.

The City of Detroit issued an RFQ titled "DSS #9 - ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES" seeking qualified firms to provide engineering, construction management, and program management services. All proposals must be submitted through the City of Detroit Oracle Supplier Portal; the opportunity opened on 2024-12-13 and closes on 2029-12-31.

SANDAG is soliciting program management services to support its Program Project Management (PPM) department across all project delivery phases, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and change management. The work also includes development and maintenance of reporting tools (Excel, PMTools, SharePoint, and business intelligence reports), development of PPM guidelines, processes, templates, and as-needed training. The contract term is 3 years with two option years and requires electronic submission of a technical proposal and a separate cost proposal.

Records management and jail management system - journey partner.

The Virginia State Lottery solicits a vendor to provide a best-in-class iLottery program, including an online platform, player account management, and mobile and web apps. The program will also encompass eInstant and draw games, CRM, customer support, and an affiliate program. The contract term is five years with the potential for three additional three-year renewals, with services performed within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Business Management service in the FY 2026/2027 school year.
