Summary
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a user-friendly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud-based Integrated Case Management System (CMS) to support the OIG's investigations, complaints intake, and case tracking workflows for fiscal years FY27, FY28, and FY29. The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive case management solution replacing or supplementing the OIG's existing LaborSoft-based system.
