Contract No. 1 – General Prime Construction for the construction of interior improvements including indirect sports lighting integrated with interior light-reflective liner system, and other interior specialties. Contract No. 2 – Electrical Prime Construction for the construction of interior improvements including indirect sports lighting integrated with interior light-reflective liner system, and other interior specialties, to meet Substantial Completion and Final Completion in accordance with the contractors bid but Substantial Completion shall not be later than October 2, 2026; Remove existing fluorescent tube lights. Provide new LED indirect LED light fixtures, including installation of related conduits and conductors and controls. Contract 1 includes Alternate Bid 1 – Divider Curtains Contract 1 includes Alternate Bid 2 – Interior Insulation Bids are requested for the following Contract: General Construction Contract 1 and Electrical Construction Contract 2 and a Combined Contract 3.

Install erosion controls in compliance with State requirements. b. Remove existing basketball court material and dispose of at an approved asphalt recycling facility. c. Scarify existing subbase, install and compact processed gravel as necessary to adjust grades. d. Install and compact HMA dense binder course (1-1/2”) and HMA 3/8” top course (1-1/2”). e. Install textured acrylic color surfacing and line painting for basketball courts (see Section 2). f. Final restoration to disturbed areas shall consist of 4” of loam and seed. g. Contractor shall protect the existing chain link fence post foundations. The existing chain link fence will be taken down and protected (by others) prior to construction. Any damage to the existing fence or its foundations shall be repaired by the contractor at no additional cost to the Owner. h. Contractor shall protect and retain the existing hoops, backboards, and uprights. Any damage components shall be repaired by the contractor at no additional cost to the Owner.
