The City of Fairburn, Georgia is soliciting bids (Invitation to Bid #26-019) for the resurfacing of the existing basketball courts at Duncan Park, with the goal of restoring and improving the playing surface. The Ville de Montréal (Service Espace pour la vie, grands parcs et Mont-Royal) issued a public call for tenders (Avis d'appel d'offres - Ouvrages de génie civil) for the resurfacing of the basketball courts at Parc Jarry. The contract reference on SEAO is 26-6047 / 20156552 and it is a competitive public tender, not a grant program. The Maryland Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is soliciting bids for on‑demand taxi/cab services to transport eligible participants of the Drug/DUI and Recovery (Problem-Solving) Court program in Howard County on weekends and state holidays. Design-build services for the construction of a new 74,000 SF resilient and sustainable recreation center. The scope of the project includes full demolition of the existing recreational center building and Golden Age Center, including cutting, capping and abandoning of all utility lines. A new facility with indoor pool and two gym/basketball courts will be designed and constructed. The new building will be located on an existing lot. The Golden Age Center will remain open and operational through the recreation center demolition and construction and will be demolished when the center is completed. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (Office of the Circuit Executive for the D.C. Circuit) issued a Sources Sought RFI to identify hotels and meeting facilities capable of supporting the biannual bench and bar circuit judicial conference (June 27–30, 2028) for ~400–450 participants. The government seeks 4-star equivalent venues outside the DMV area that meet safety, accessibility, and registration requirements and requires direct submissions from hotels (no brokers/third parties). The RFI is for market research/planning purposes (not a grant) and responses may be used to shape a future solicitation.

The State of Georgia is soliciting proposals for the modernization of its Integrated Justice Information and Management System (IJIS), a statewide platform that serves as a single point of entry for county justice agencies and records judicial case information. The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, on behalf of the Utah Department of Corrections, is soliciting proposals for Post-Conviction Relief Act Litigation Services. Vendors must serve as indigent appellate defense service contractors to represent petitioners throughout the state seeking postconviction relief through the Act, including entering appearances with applicable courts, consulting with clients, filing motions/pleadings/petitions/appellate briefs/cert petitions, ordering transcripts, reviewing trial and appellate records, managing dockets, and conducting evidentiary hearings.
