Merced County is soliciting proposals to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive delinquent account collection services in compliance with federal and state regulations. The contractor will assume assigned delinquent accounts, initiate collection procedures, report and correct credit bureau reporting, provide monthly collection reports, work with courts for legal actions, accept electronic and credit card payments, and remit collected funds monthly. Bidders must hold an active California debt collection license (DFPI) and comply with applicable laws; the contract will commence upon execution and continue until terminated.

The 5th District Court of Appeal (Florida State Courts System) is soliciting a qualified, experienced, and licensed Architectural and Engineering firm to assess and recommend security upgrades at the 5th District Court of Appeal building in Daytona Beach, FL. The scope includes pre-design/assessment and schematic design services with possible additional services such as planning, design, and construction phase services, and the contract will be awarded on a best-value basis. Vendors must complete required forms, attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference/site visit, and monitor the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) for questions/responses and updates.

UNCW is soliciting architectural and engineering qualifications for the Hamilton Drive Tennis Facility Redevelopment to deliver a new NCAA Division I tennis facility (including a ~5,000 sq ft support building and 6–8 courts). The current authorization is for Advanced Planning; the selected firm may be retained for full design and construction at the University's option. Submissions are due January 20, 2026, with a virtual pre-submittal meeting on January 7, 2026; firms must submit a single PDF (max 20 pages excluding SF-330) by email to jordank@uncw.edu and be licensed in North Carolina.

The City of West Sacramento invites sealed bids for the Bryte Park Master Plan Implementation, a large-scale park renovation and expansion in Yolo County, California. Work includes demolition; new parking; multiple athletic fields and courts; restrooms and concessions; a dog park; trails; an amphitheater and outdoor classroom areas; a new aquatics center; and a maintenance building, with federal funding requirements including Davis-Bacon and DBE participation. A mandatory pre-bid is scheduled for December 10, 2025, questions are due December 19, 2025, and bids are due January 15, 2026 at 11:00 am Pacific via the City's OpenGov portal.

Perform routine maintenance of the city parks, ponds, landscape medians, sidewalks, curbs, trails, tennis/sports courts, parking lots, ditches, and other activities necessary for completion of landscaping maintenance including: Mowing with clipping collection, edging, shrub pruning, brush pruning, weeding, planting bed maintenance, tree maintenance, hard surface cleaning, litter removal, leaf removal, fertilizer applications, and ground cover pruning. Work shall be recorded using Cartograph with a city-provided account. This requires access to a smartphone or tablet, with the Cartograph app downloaded, to be used in the field. Traffic control plans are required for all collectors and arterial road medians.

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking a general contractor to renovate the lobby and courtroom at the Kentucky Supreme Court’s temporary offices at 669 Chamberlin Ave., Frankfort, KY, including demolition, installation of finishes, HVAC, fire suppression, building automation, and communications systems. The contract is expected to commence upon execution and run through June 30, 2026, and bidders must provide Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract sum and register as plan holders (bidding documents available through Lynn Imaging). Bidders must register and obtain bidding documents via the Commonwealth’s Vendor Self Service portal and the solicitation is not a grant; it is an RFB with a response deadline of Jan 29, 2026.

Seeks qualified contractors to provide resurfacing services for running track and tennis courts. Work includes surface cleaning, crack repair, patching, resurfacing, and line striping per NFHS and USTA standards. Detailed technical specifications, materials, warranties, and performance requirements are provided in this RFP. Term of Contract/Option to Renew: Any contract resulting from this RFP shall have an initial contract period of one (1) year beginning Febuary 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. The District, at its discretion, may extend the contract for four (4) additional periods of one (1) year each, with an option of an additional two (2) periods of one (1) year each with Superintendent's approval. Contracts exceeding seven (7) years must be approved by the school board.

Mowing and grounds maintenance for city property as: Stilwell City Hall, Stilwell Public Library, Fletcher Park, Stilwell Community Building, KCS Depot, DB Gains Park (basketball & former tennis courts west to fence line north to high school football field off of 5th Street), Fire Station #1, Fire Station #2, Dog Pound, Police Station, Mehegan Building. The contract shall include mowing, weed trimming, parking lot cleaning, spraying for weeds, weeding & mulching landscaped beds and sign areas. The contractor shall maintain each property weekly. Off season maintenance when no mowing is required will be trimming of any trees or shrubs needed, leaf mulching or raking and clearing of walkways during ice or snow events. Contract dates shall be March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027.

Provide technical assistance to support the goals outlined in the grant related to youth gun violence prevention and community-based violence prevention initiatives for the seven (7) counties in New York State identified as the pilot sites for the Empowerment Through Wellness to Prevent Gun Violence Initiative. The goal of the New York State Empowerment Through Wellness to Prevent Gun Violence Initiative has two main components. First, to support community-based violence intervention programs, which serve as an effective solution to combat gun violence and to reduce firearm-related deaths, in the seven (7) counties identified as having the highest number of youth gun-related offenses: Kings, Bronx, Erie, Monroe, Nassau, Suffolk, and Oneida. Second, to develop new training programs for our Youth Part courts (“Youth Parts”), emerging adult, and problem-solving court, and Family Court judges and staff on the relationship between gun violence, education, mental health issues, community safety and well-being and diversion.
