This solicitation seeks contractor services to remove, repair, and resurface the tennis courts at Beech Woods Recreation Center in Southfield, Michigan. Including but not limited to): Trucking, Survey, SWPPP, Temporary Erosion Control, Sawcutting, Demolition, Building Demolition, Tree Removal, Underground Utilities including Storm, Sewer, Water and Gas, Electrical and Fire Alarm, Irrigation, Lime Treat, Concrete, Synthetic Turf, Fencing, Seal Coat, Striping, Signage, Relocation of Portable Buildings, and Construction Materials.

Work inlcudes grading & preparation of the pickleball court area, installation of stone base, installation of pickleball court surface & acrylic paint topcoat finish, installation of chain-link fencing & ada gates, installation of ada sidewalk and crosswalk, installation of all pavement marking & lines, installation of spectator bench seating, furnish & install pickle ball nets with crank in each court, installation of electrical conduit for future court lights, furnish & install led sport court lights and connect to existing electric supply.

Refinish basketball courts. Abrasion of the existing sports coating to prepare the surface for optimal adhesion of the new coating. 1 job.

Provide architectural and engineering services for a courts and justice facilities planning and feasibility study. The county seeks to evaluate current and future space needs, develop recommendations for a new court facility, assess the feasibility of renovating existing or vacant structures, and prepare a phased capital improvement plan to support the county's long-term judicial and operational requirements.

The New Hampshire Judicial Branch seeks a vendor to design, pilot, coordinate, and implement a collaborative transportation solution to provide reliable transportation for participants in Drug Court, Mental Health Court, and Family Treatment Court, addressing barriers in rural and underserved areas. The contractor will operate a contact center, confirm eligibility, schedule individual and group trips, ensure safety and accessibility, and provide after-hours and limited-English-proficiency accommodations. The period of performance runs from contract award through September 30, 2028, with one optional one-year renewal available.

Repair, resurface, and stripe two tennis courts at Erwin Park.

Work includes tennis courts renovation and restroom upgrade.

Drainage improvements - exterior tennis courts. The purpose of this project is to address excessive water buildup, improve stormwater drainage, and prevent water runoff and erosion beneath and around the existing tennis court surfaces. Work may include excavation, grading, installation of drainage systems, stormwater conveyance improvements, site restoration, and related work necessary to improve long-term drainage performance at the site. Qualified bidders must possess experience in site drainage, athletic facility infrastructure, municipal or school construction, and stormwater management systems.

Rooftop and parking garage security upgrades. Security roof perch access and parking garage screen walls. Structural engineered metal structures.

Provide transportation coordination and/or direct transportation services for eligible participants involved in new hampshire treatment court programs, which may include drug court, mental health court, and family treatment court programs.

The Town of Wake Forest is soliciting bids to renovate the Flaherty Park tennis courts (resurfacing, net installation, repairs) and upgrade adjacent restroom facilities including plumbing, fixture replacement and accessibility improvements. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 12, 2026; work is expected to commence after the bid opening. Sealed bids for the Rebid are due June 2, 2026.

Project consists of removal of existing sports courts and installation of new post tensioned concrete sports courts, fencing, and lighting.

Conversion of the tennis courts. Work includes site assessment, repairs, resurfacing with acrylic coatings, multi-color striping, and installation of removable net systems for the conversion of existing tennis courts to a blended layout featuring one (1) tennis court and two (2) pickleball courts.

Renovations of three racquetball courts to a teaching space.
