The owner is seeking contract attorney services to aide in the collection efforts of the revenue commission. Duties include but are not limited to providing legal advice, filing suits, making appearances in state courts and federal bankruptcy courts.

Seeking quotations for restriping and layout modification of one existing tennis court to establish two (2) recreational pickleball courts overlaying the existing tennis court footprint, utilizing the tennis net as the central dividing line between courts.

Replacement of existing synthetic turf field at stadium and replacement of (8) tennis courts.

Work includes to repair and or replace, color coat and restripe asphalt tennis courts.

Construction of a new ADA ramp and sidewalk extension to connect to the existing play field and play courts.

The project consists of the transformation and expansion of existing athletic facilities at the David E. Disney Tennis & Pickleball Center in DeLand, Florida. The primary objective is to convert existing pickleball courts into tennis courts while simultaneously expanding and converting existing tennis courts into new pickleball courts with furnishings and amenities. Additional work includes the renovation of an existing office building into a Pro Shop with bathrooms as well as construction of a new concessions building with bathrooms, a custom shade pavilion, a pre-engineered metal building, and all associated utility connections. Site improvements feature the installation of a stone drainage swale & flume, extensive landscaping and irrigation, synthetic turf, site and sports court lighting, new sidewalks, and a custom gateway feature to enhance beautification and optimize pedestrian flow between the courts and parking areas. All areas disturbed by the work shall be restored to a condition equal to or better than that which existed prior to the commencement of work.

The Decorah Athletic Complex Field Lighting project includes the installation of lighting for the eight pickleball courts and two 280-foot multi-use ballfields, in addition to providing power to the prefabricated concession and restroom building. Timed lighting system will be provided at the pickleball courts with two post mounted push button and strobe.

Install new baseball and softball turf fields, replacing softball home dugout and new beach volleyball courts and restroom building.

Tennis court repairs and resurfacing. Crack Repair: Courts 1-4 require crack filling of approx. 750 LF. Bidder shall rout, clean and fill cracks with acrylic crack filler as well as feather and sand smooth to match adjacent surface. Courts 5-12 require fabric crack repair system for approx. 2,450 LF. The City of Ontario is soliciting bids to resurface approximately 55,930 square feet of sport courts across John Galvin, Cypress, Bon View, and De Anza Parks. Contractors must hold a Class A or C32 license and comply with California prevailing wage requirements and DIR registration for public works. The project includes grinding concrete, repainting courts in specified colors, and providing performance and payment bonds.

The work consists of site improvements to include site grading, landscaping, fencing, walking paths, playground, pavilion, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts.

Provide labor, equipment and materials to remove paint from and repair and resurface twelve (12) outdoor concrete tennis courts, including all walking paths.

Provide hardwood floor refinishing services. Floor refinishing services. Services will include annual maintenance and upkeep of basketball courts, group fitness floors, and racquetball floors.

Work includes install and/or repair surfacing, or striping for outdoor athletic tracks, basketball, outdoor pickle ball, roller hockey and other asphalt/concrete/rubberized athletic courts.

Qualified professional firms with experience in justice facility planning to provide consulting services related to the evaluation and preliminary programming of space utilized by the Tulalip Tribal Courts and Police Department.

Work consists primarily of two new 200' ballfields including fields, fencing, lighting and minimal site grading. Project alternate includes construction of post tension pickleball courts.

The Judicial Council of California is soliciting master agreements for statewide telephonic and remote video interpreter services to support 58 Superior Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court, and other judicial entities. The solicitation seeks vendors to provide on-demand interpreting in specified spoken languages and ASL, ensuring the use of California certified or registered interpreters when possible. The initial contract term is five years with up to three one-year extension options, and proposals are due by June 4, 2026.

Demolition of school building with the removal of all associated site features, including concrete, asphalt surfaces, tennis courts, fencing, monument sign, vegetation, underground utilities, and two (2) storage containers.

Work will include upgrading stormwater systems, introducing new lighting and landscaping for additional walking paths, courts and athletic fields, enhancing existing playground equipment, and constructing new facilities such as public bathrooms.
