This project includes the construction of the Park - Pickleball Courts facility. This development shall consist of a covered and uncovered pickleball courts, restroom facility, stormwater facility, water, sanitary sewer, and all associated supporting infrastructure. Currently, the site is located at the southern end of Park. The pickleball courts project area within Park is approx. 1.485 acres. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project.

The scope involves restoration and repairs required to remediate fire damage and return affected units/areas to service. Bidding is conducted via the Housing Agency Marketplace portal.
