The City of Everglades City, Florida is soliciting bids for repairs to McLeod Park Courts under Invitation to Bid (ITB) 26-4. The project involves court repair work with bid documents available via DemandStar under the City of Everglades City agency listing. Sealed bids must be received no later than August 7 at 4:00 PM, with a public opening scheduled for August 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Everglades City Hall.

Work will include site clearing, asphalt paving, resurfacing, color coating and striping, concrete walks, paving, and footings, site furnishings, chain link fencing and gates, sport court equipment installation, landscape planting, and turf grass seeding.

The City of Longview is soliciting sealed proposals for LV2503 McWhorter Park Pickleball Courts to construct two concrete pickleball courts and associated sidewalks, fencing, electrical/lighting, and related work. Plans and specifications are available only through CivCast (www.civcastusa.com) and may be examined at Hayes Engineering, Inc. The City directs that sealed proposals be addressed to Rick Evans, Interim Director of Public Works, and will be publicly opened at the Public Works Service Center.

The Government of Manitoba, through MB Public Service Delivery - Procurement & Supply Chain, is issuing a Request for Quote (Solicitation #30357 / Reference 0000325779) for renovation services of the pickleball courts at Grand Beach. The project focuses on upgrading the existing play surface, installing durable sport-surfacing systems, and improving court amenities to meet modern recreational standards in the cottage community. Delivery of the completed work is required by August 6, 2026, and the procurement is conducted under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.

The County of Portage Wisconsin, through its Purchasing Department and its Construction Manager at Risk J.H. Findorff & Son, Inc., is soliciting bids for the Portage County Courthouse Renovation-Family Courts project. The scope covers multiple trade packages including General Trades, Glazing and Window Film, Automatic Operators, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Acoustical Ceilings and Surfaces, Resilient Flooring and Carpet, Painting and Taping, HVAC, and Electrical work. Bids were first available on July 6, 2026 and are due by 2:00 PM on July 23, 2026.

The project includes construction of new tennis, pickleball, and sand volleyball facilities at Park, including post tension courts, shade sail structures, site furnishings, lighting and electrical work, and associated site and accessibility upgrades.

Pickle Ball Courts will be positioned next to the south end of the existing basketball court. Site will need to be excavated to establish subgrade. #304 aggregate to be graded and compacted to 8”. The use of overlay fabric is requested. A 2.5” intermediate course layer of asphalt to be topped by 1.5” virgin mix asphalt surface.

Work includes demolition and installation of (12) new post-tension concrete courts and associated amenities including concrete walkways and retaining walls, elevated concrete bleacher seating areas, court and bleacher canopy structures, stormwater drain improvements, underground utilities, and tennis court equipment.

The City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting bids under solicitation 26-048 to demolish and replace the outdoor basketball courts at HK Matthews Park (3100 North 12th Avenue, Pensacola, FL) and Zamora Square (1800 East Bobe Street, Pensacola, FL). The awarded contractor will perform demolition of the existing courts and install a new long-lasting concrete playing surface, upgraded basketball goals, and additional enhancements, including site preparation, permitting, and finishing. Sealed bids were due by 2:30 pm on July 23, 2026, with the solicitation originally posted on June 23, 2026.
