Description: Work includes 1 LS clearing, grubbing, sawcutting, & demolition; 4,864 SF install reinforced pickleball courts with surfacing; 1 LS install lighting and electrical; 1 LS restore turf to match existing; 66 LF concrete walkway; 380 SF 5' concrete swale; 1,378 SF additional perimeter concrete; 204 LF remove and reinstall chain link fence; 2 EA install new gate.
