Provide support with air quality permitting, emissions calculations and modeling, preparation of compliance reports and recordkeeping, regulatory compliance assessments, permit condition interpretation, air quality impact studies, odor and dust assessments, and equipment emissions evaluations.

The Department of Vermont Health Access solicits contractors to provide Quality Improvement Facilitators who will work with primary care practices, specialty providers, and community collaboratives to implement quality improvement activities for the Blueprint for Health program. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewals; the scope includes analytical testing, data evaluation, HVAC investigation, remediation project management, and requires vendors to hold relevant IAQ certifications and at least 10 years of experience. Provide indoor air quality equipment and services.

Palm Beach County is soliciting qualified contractors for an annual contract to provide indoor air quality (IAQ) remediation services on an as-needed basis. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $3,000,000 and the solicitation (RPQ-410-2023-024092-1) is open from 2023-04-27 until 2028-03-18.

Provide on-call rail safety and quality support services.

The State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide remote forensic chemistry quality-assurance (QA) services for the Health & Environmental Testing Laboratory's Forensic Chemistry Section. The contractor will support ISO/IEC 17025 and ANAB AR 3125 accreditation by delivering up to 40 hours of expert QA work each month, including document control, internal audits, preparation for ANAB assessments, corrective-action coordination, proficiency-testing oversight, method validation assistance, and annual reporting. The contract runs for an initial two-year period (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2028) with two optional renewal periods subject to performance and funding.

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) issued an emergency 90-day contract to continue quality assurance and utilization review services across fee-for-service hospital inpatient and other care settings. The work covers hospital inpatient and outpatient care, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, long-term acute care hospitals, integrated health homes, and community-based treatment. This is an open market emergency procurement to maintain continuity of utilization management and quality improvement services.

Provide annual and quarterly compliance air quality testing services.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) has issued a presolicitation notice (Notice ID W9123826QA022) for the establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Quality Assurance (QA) Testing services across its area of responsibility. The procurement is set aside for small business testing laboratories under NAICS 541380, and scope covers field and laboratory testing of soil/aggregate, concrete, asphalt, masonry, rock bolts, structural steel, and related materials across five regions (Utah, Nevada, Northern California, California Bay Area & Stockton-Modesto, and Central Coast & Southern Valley). Offerors must hold active validation by the USACE Material Testing Center (MTC) at ERDC, and the BPA ordering period is expected to span five years with Firm-Fixed-Price regional price lists.
