The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform high-pressure hydro jetting and line cleaning across specified district facilities. The objective is to remove grease, sediment, heavy debris, and organic buildup to maintain full hydraulic flow and prevent facility backups. Core Deliverables Jetting Operations: Utilize appropriately sized trailer-mounted and/or gas-powered high-pressure hydro jetting equipment to flush and thoroughly clean identified sanitary sewer mains, drain piping, trench drains, cleanouts, and manhole connection points. Debris & Obstruction Removal: Clear and extract accumulated sediment, grease, sludge, and foreign obstructions encountered during standard cleaning operations to restore flow to maximum practicable capacity without structural pipe modification. Service Documentation & Reporting: Upon completion, submit a comprehensive service report detailing each facility serviced, specific access points used, lines jetted, observed structural deficiencies or heavy blockages, and actionable recommendations for follow-up repairs or shortened PM intervals. POST-SERVICE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor must submit a digital summary report containing: Site Summary: Complete listing of all locations serviced and date/time of completion. Access Points Used: Specific cleanout tag numbers, manholes, or drain locations accessed. Condition Assessment: Detailed notes on pipe condition (e.g., heavy root intrusion, sagging lines, cracked piping, or recurring grease accumulation). Recommendations: Prioritized list of any necessary repair work, CCTV video inspection needs, or adjustments to maintenance frequency.
