Water Quality RFPs

The contractor shall provide one (1) water softener and twelve (12) new commercial-grade tankless water heaters with the capacity and performance equal to, or greater than, the existing domestic hot water system, including but not limited to ratings, configuration, safety features, compatibility, and performance.

Water plant upgrades - new water filter project.

This Invitation for Bid solicits contractors to furnish labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform valve insertions on the live Windham Water Works water distribution system at three Connecticut locations, including work on asbestos concrete and cast iron pipe. The contractor must have experience working on live water distribution systems, provide all necessary materials and follow applicable safety protocols. The City of Jackson is seeking proposals for the Water Treatment Plant Interior Domestic Water Piping Replacement Project. The scope of work includes the replacement of approximately 34 feet of three-, four-, and six-inch domestic water piping along with associated valves and fittings at the plant located on E. Mansion Street. Electronic responses must be submitted through the City's e-Procurement portal by the specified deadline in May 2026.

Work include 8" valve insertion on asbestos concrete pipe. 10" valve insertion on asbestos concrete pipe. 12" valve insertion on cast iron pipe.

The Myerstown Water Authority is seeking bids for a paving project at its water treatment plant in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The scope of work includes removing existing pavement, grading, and installing new base and wearing courses across approximately 1,366 square yards. Bidders must submit a 10% bid security and comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, with a pre-bid conference scheduled for June 10, 2026.

Installation of approx. 2,740 LF of 8" ductile iron piping (DIP) water main within Township. Additionally, this work shall include the installation of approx. 250 LF of high density polyethylene (HDPE) piping (consisting of an 16" casing pipe and 8"carrier pipe), as installed via trenchless installation methods (such as horizontal directional drilling).

Procurement of various water meters, including models with and without radio functionality, ultrasonic meters, strainers, and coupling tailpieces.

The County of Tuolumne is requesting proposals from qualified Resource Families to provide Quality Parenting and Caregiving Respite Services at the Tuolumne County Resource Family Home. The County intends to establish a Qualified Provider List and may contract with an unlimited number of applicants to provide temporary care at a rate of up to $100 per day. This RFQ establishes the minimum qualifications and requirements for providers to be contacted as respite needs arise for children in the welfare system.

The City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation is soliciting a qualified firm to conduct Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Departures Survey fieldwork at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), following ACI methodology and certification requirements. The vendor must supply certified staff, ACI-compliant tablets, and achieve a minimum of 350 complete surveys per quarter while synchronizing and uploading data to meet ACI rules. The contract is expected to begin on or about 2026-07-01 with options to extend and a maximum compensation not to exceed $94,000.

The construction of a 370 GPM water treatment system generally consisting of the following items: four submersible wells pumps 120 GPM AT 280 TDH; a masonry building housing the Iron removal filtration system equipment, ductile piping and valves, chemical feed equipment, HVAC equipment, multi-use and office area, bathroom facilities, electrical and instrumentation; backwash water infiltration ponds; septic system; site improvements; and other ancillary items to provide a completely functioning system.

Construction of a 150,000 gallon elevated water tank with appurtenances, associated utilities including 12" diameter watermain, and site improvements.

Procurement of a sponsor to submit grant applications for the Wyoming Water Development Commission's Small Water Project Program.

Water resources program support: source water supply and protection, and environmental compliance. Contractor shall provide the following services: a. Project management 1. Schedules 2. Stakeholder engagement b. Source water supply and protection the contractor must provide the following services on an as-needed basis: 1. Data management and analysis a. Data analysis, data visualization, data dashboard development, and analytics b. Watershed, raw water, and reservoir water quality modeling and risk analysis c. Contaminant inventory analysis and modeling d. GIS mapping and decision support tool development e. Algae, cyanobacteria, and Cyanotoxin source water data analysis, predictive modeling, and risk analysis; see attached file.

Work consist of 55 lf of furnish and install polyethylene pipe (36" dia. Culvert), 100 cy of crushed stone and gravel, 100 cy of crushed stone and gravel, 250 lf of furnish and install ductile iron pipe and fittings, 120 lf of furnish and install ductile iron pipe and fittings, demolition and removal, dry well, erosion control devices, furnish and install gabion retaining wall, 20 cy of miscellaneous earth excavation, pipe bollards, 70 cy of reinforced concrete, 50 cy of rock excavation and removal , 115 lf of relocate existing water main 10" dia, 2,500 sf of topsoil and seed. Perform preventative checks and required annual maintenance for a period of five years to ensure safe and effective operations of the Riverfront Pumping Station Bar, Traveling Water and Wedge Wire Water Screen Systems.

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting sealed proposals for Water Resources Program Support focused on source water supply and protection and environmental compliance. Services include environmental media sampling and data analysis, environmental assessments, development and implementation of mitigation and management plans, permitting and compliance support, and other work to advance WSSC’s multi-barrier approach to protecting drinking water sources. Responses must be submitted via WSSC’s eProcurement portal prior to 2:00 pm ET on June 25, 2026.

The Alabama State Department of Education is seeking submissions for high-quality professional learning in structured literacy for Phase 3 of the Science of Reading Continuum. Selected suppliers will be included on an approved list to provide teacher development professional learning across the state. Proposals must be submitted in hard-copy format with accompanying USB drives by the specified deadline in June 2026.
