Kitsap County Sewer Utility is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms for professional engineering services to design and provide construction support for the Kitsap 29 Utility Relocations project. The project supports the Washington State Department of Transportation’s initiative to remove twenty-nine fish barriers under several state routes within Kitsap County. The scope of work includes multi-discipline engineering services such as project management, topographic surveying, geotechnical investigation, and the preparation of final plans, specifications, and estimates.

Water utility meters and monitoring systems. Contract period: 12/01/26 - 11/30/29.

The City of Fulshear is seeking a single vendor to provide all labor, equipment, and services required for Utility Laboratory Services. This term contract extends through March 31, 2027, with the possibility of two additional annual renewals. The solicitation is identified as IFB #2026-029 and requires comprehensive laboratory support for the city's utilities.

The City of Newport Beach is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions to design, fund, and administer a residential loan program for utility undergrounding improvements. The program must operate with no reliance on City funding, guarantees, or credit support for eligible property owners. This procurement solicitation was issued on May 7, 2026, and remains open for bidding until June 5, 2026.

Purchase of one (1) 2026 utility truck cab and chassis. Water and Sewer Relocations project includes the relocation or lowering of 13 water lines, with approx. 7,500 LF of new water line installation and 1,200 LF of steel encasement. The project also involves adjustments to seven segments of sanitary sewer lines, including approx. 1,200 LF of new sanitary sewer pipes, 550 LF of steel encasement, and 30 CY of concrete encasement. Work will take place along FM 1103 from Rodeo Way to FM 78.

The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Airports is soliciting bids to replace existing water, sewer, and electrical utilities at Kalaeloa Airport (Barbers Point), within the City & County of Honolulu right-of-way, including installation, testing, and commissioning of new utility systems. The procurement is an Invitation for Bid (construction category) with attachments including plans and specifications; questions and any formal addenda will be posted only on HIePRO. The solicitation was released 2026-05-11 and is open with an offer due date of 2026-06-19 02:00 PM HST (2026-06-20T00:00:00Z).

Procurement of vehicle utility beds and flatbeds, including labor costs for installation. GRDA will transport the vehicles to the awarded vendor's location for installation and pick them up upon completion.

Provide transmission line steel pole structure project involving design, fabrication, and delivery of eight steel poles (six concrete caisson supported base-plated poles and two h-frame poles) for a highway crossing.

Utility vegetation management services for planned and emergency work.

The contractor shall pick up two (2) utility boats.

The City of Tacoma’s Department of Finance seeks a nationally recognized CPA firm to perform annual financial audits of its municipally owned utilities for the years 2026 through 2030. The scope includes issuing full audit reports, ensuring compliance with debt service requirements, and providing annual CPE-qualified training sessions. Bidders must be Washington-licensed CPA firms with specific experience in governmental and utility auditing.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District issued a Sources Sought notice for the installation of water and electrical utility lines at Minooka Park C Loop Campground at Wilson Lake. The project involves installing 31 freezeless yard hydrants and 31 RV electric pedestals with an estimated value between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Responses in the form of capability statements are due by June 5, 2026, to assist the government in market research.
