project consists of the construction of two separate building additions to the existing Department of Public Works facility located at N72W15900 Good Hope Road in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. One addition will be constructed adjacent to the existing office area, while the second will expand the existing vehicular garage on the west side of the building. The Office space will include a mix of private and open offices, a conference room, locker rooms, restrooms, and a small testing room. Vertical circulation will be provided by a stairway and a limited use/limited application (LULA) elevator. Construction will be Type II-B, consisting of masonry bearing walls with interior steel columns and framing. The second floor will be constructed with metal decking and a concrete topping slab. The exterior façade will feature decorative masonry with cast stone accents, along with metal panel elements on the south elevation. The work will include the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the addition. The existing office building has an existing Automatic Fire Protection System in place. The second addition will be located on the west side of the existing vehicular garage, which is currently a 94,000 SF steel-framed structure with precast wall panels. The new addition will measure approx 40' by 180 feet (12,000 SF). The occupancy classification for this space will include both Storage (S-1) and Factory/Industrial (F-1) uses. This addition will match the height and structural characteristics of the existing garage and will also be classified as Type II-B construction. The structure will consist of precast tilt-up concrete wall panels and long-span steel trusses and will include the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the addition.

Work includes 636 SY 6" montgomery county pavement to match existing conditions, including sawcut, demo, subgrade, reinforcement, & excavation/backfill; 64 LF 48" rcp storm sewer by auguring; 27 LF 24" rcp storm sewer, includes backfill under pavement crosssection per details, all depths, complete in place; 128 LF 48"" rcp storm sewer, includes backfill under pavement crosssection per details, all depths, complete in place; 143 LF 24" hdpe storm sewer, includes backfill under pavement crosssection per details, all depths, complete in place; 1,221 LF 8" water line, complete in place; 4 EA 6" flushing valve assemblies, complete in place ; 1,271 LF trench safety system, depth of 5 feet and greater, when authorized by owner, complete in place. The Town of Cary is soliciting qualifications from firms to provide on-call Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services to locate and verify underground utilities for various town projects, including Quality Level B geophysical designations and Quality Level A vacuum-excavation locates. The contract is an on-call, as-needed agreement for two years with an optional two-year extension; task orders will be funded through Town projects or operations. Questions are due June 3, 2026 and final proposals are due June 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

The CBS Electric Utility Department expects to rely primarily on its Professional Services Roster to award professional service contracts. CBS expects to maintain this Professional Services Roster through 2026 as described in this solicitation, until a new roster is established in 2027.

The City of Cibolo is soliciting bids for the FM1103 Utility Relocation project to relocate or lower 13 water lines and adjust seven sanitary sewer segments along FM 1103 from Rodeo Way to FM 78. The project involves approximately 7,500 linear feet of new water line and 1,200 linear feet of new sewer pipe along with associated encasements. Bidders must adhere to a completion schedule of 270 calendar days for substantial completion following the notice to proceed.

Perform a comprehensive natural gas utility rate study.

Provide comprehensive services that support and supplement the database including thorough quality assurance, bill auditing services, review of regulated utility tariffs and rate structure on an as needed basis, user technical support, and training. Contract duration: ten(10) year base period.

Supply and delivery of approx. 1,400 Cylinders (150#) of Gas Chlorine annually. Specifications include - 100% active chlorine. Delivered in 150# cylinders. Cylinder valves must be capable of being opened with reasonable ease using a standard valve wrench not greater than six (6) inches in length. All cylinders must be shipped with valve covers in place, adequate to protect both the valve threads and valve body. Valve caps will be hand tightened only. See attached file.
