Schools RFPs

The Caldwell Parish School Board's Child Nutrition Program is soliciting bids to supply and deliver fresh produce and eggs for the 2026-2027 school year (contract period August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027). Bids are being accepted for a single solicitation with responses due July 7, 2026. The procurement is for goods (food products) to support the Child Nutrition Program and is not a grant program.

Procurement of cleaning supplies for the entire Wynne Public School District.

Purchase of video monitoring equipment.

Furnish and distribute food and non-food supplies for use in the school meal programs. See attached file. Universal Family of Schools has five schools with an enrollment of approximately 2000 scholars kindergarten through 12th grade. The average daily meal participation is approx. 500 breakfast and 1500 lunches along with snacks for after school averaging 200 per day.

Work includes to implement chronic disease remote monitoring strategies for students within public, private, or tribal k- 12 schools. This would include: development and maintenance of a school guidance or policy for chronic disease remote monitoring of students; purchase of chronic disease remote monitoring technology, such as tablets or phones, and storage and charging equipment. Purchases may only take place after submission and sd doh review of school guidance or policy; see attached file.

Chicago Public Schools is requesting proposals to establish and operate new charter schools.

Madison City Schools is seeking applications for its 2026-2027 preschool programs, including First Class Pre-K, Early Beginnings, and HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters).

North Thurston Public Schools invites licensed contractors to apply to its Small Works Roster for the 2025‑2026 school year to be considered for public works projects under $350,000. Applications are accepted throughout the school year, and the roster notice closes on August 31, 2026.

Canyons School District is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified suppliers to provide full-service beverage vending machines and related services for its high schools, ensuring all products comply with USDA Child Nutrition and Smart Snacks regulations. The selected supplier will be responsible for furnishing, installing, servicing, and maintaining modern vending equipment while managing inventory, reporting, and commissions. The contract term is for one year with up to four annual renewal options, and all proposals must be submitted electronically through the Ion Wave portal.

Complete removal and replacement of roofing on the cafeteria building.

Provide landscape- spring/fall cleanup services at various schools.

The New York State Education Department (NYSED) Office of Education Policy's Office of Religious and Independent School Support (ORISS) is soliciting proposals to establish and operate a statewide Professional Development Resource Center (PDRC) to deliver professional development services to teachers and leaders in religious and independent schools across New York State. The contract is funded by state-allocated federal Title II Part A and Title IV Part A funds, and NYSED intends to award one contract with a 30% subcontracting limit. Multi-purpose activity center.

Lunenburg County Public Schools issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a Window Replacement Project to replace windows at Victoria Elementary and Central High. Bids are due June 5, 2026, and the solicitation was posted May 11, 2026; the estimated value range is approximately $250,000–$1,200,000. The original solicitation is hosted on the Virginia eProcurement portal (mVendor) under solicitation IV120088 / RFP ID 120088.

Sale of property and building.

Florence School District 1 is soliciting sealed proposals from locally based, licensed vendors to provide professional lamp replacement and lighting maintenance services district-wide on an as-needed basis. The initial contract term is one year with the option for up to four one-year renewals, not to exceed a total of five years. Bidders must meet specific licensing, insurance, and SLED background check requirements to be eligible for the contract.
