Preparation work before painting, e. G. Patching. Vendor(s) shall provide tarps and dust control, but negative air pressure is not required. School staff will clear walls and place furniture in the center of classroom before painting begins. Where classrooms are being painted, work shall include closets, window and door trim, windowsills, and built-in cabinets, but not other furniture or doors themselves.

Thomas County Board of Education is soliciting construction services to build a new Bus Wash facility at the Thomas County Transportation Department in Thomasville, GA, including site work, utilities, concrete paving, and a load-bearing masonry structure to house owner-provided wash equipment. The contract requires mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, and the successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds and carry required insurance. Bidding opened in May 2026 and proposals are due June 23, 2026, with an estimated project value of approximately $600,000 and occupancy required by December 31, 2026.

Provide landscape maintenance services.

Removal and replacement of the casework, countertops and exhaust hood for the existing science lab space. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shall be included under this contract.

Seeking for lawn care services - various schools.

provide and install approx 408' of 48" high 9-gauge commercial black chain link fence (between visiting football bleachers and existing track) using 3" SS40 terminal posts, 2-1/2" SS20 line posts, 1-5/8" SS20 top rail and 7-gauge bottom tension wire. Install one (1) 48” wide walk gate with 3” box hinges. See attached file.

Provide demolition.

Greenville County Schools requests sealed proposals for design-build replacement of HVAC systems at four school locations, requiring firms to provide both design and construction services. The solicitation covers comprehensive scope including design, engineering, project management, and installation and lists pre-proposal and question deadlines. The project is handled as a single sealed-bid procurement with proposals due June 25, 2026 and is not a grant program.

Elementary school addition. Project includes the demolition of existing facilities and the construction of a new 20,600 SF structural steel building. The project will include demo, site work, utilities, concrete sidewalks, final grading, sodding, concrete foundation and slab, structural steel, TPO roof, brick and stone veneer with EIFS for the exterior finish materials. Metal stud framed and gypsum board interior walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, aluminum storefront, hollow metal frames, wood doors, millwork, carpet, LVT, and hard tile, sealed concrete, painting, fire alarm, fire sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems complete and ready for use.

The program provides funding for schools to implement construction projects that decarbonize their building portfolio and enhance extreme heat resilience, such as comprehensive retrofits that impact energy consumption and overall building load, electrification readiness projects, and conversion of central heating and/or cooling plants to clean energy technologies such as heat pumps. Schools participating in the program may also receive funding to support eligible activities that create or further clean energy educational opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community.

The Early County School System seeks vendors to supply and deliver food and non-food products for its School Nutrition Program in compliance with USDA and state regulations, including HACCP and traceability requirements. The contract period runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with options for short extensions and potential renewals. Vendors must meet delivery, labeling, nutritional information, and debarment/eligibility requirements; minority participation is encouraged.
