The Lamphere Schools seek bids for district-wide procurement and installation of safety/security bollards (including steel bollards, concrete foundations, and concrete pavement) and site lighting improvements at Lamphere High School's stadium. The scope includes directional boring, power, site lighting, and site restoration and the project is subject to prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon Act requirements. Bid documents were to be available July 8, 2026, and bids are due July 23, 2026 at 12:00pm Eastern (see official solicitation link).

Project includes new accessory storage structure with separate units and access for different departments. Structure to be unheated with no plumbing in the structure. Electrical scope will be limited to exterior outlets and new lighting fixtures. Minor site work will be indicated, but civil engineering is not included. See attached file.

Project consist of a new high school.

The City of Yonkers and Yonkers Public Schools, issuing jointly through the BidNet Direct (Empire State Purchasing Group) procurement portal, have posted an active Request for Proposal for Literacy Consulting Services for Yonkers Public Schools. The solicitation was first published on June 22, 2026, and seeks qualified vendors to provide literacy consulting services to the school district. Proposals are due by July 17, 2026, and the opportunity remains open as of the current date (June 24, 2026).

Pest control services for the school system.

Eastpointe Community Schools is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive renovation of its district-wide radio communication system to enhance operational efficiency and safety across the district. The awarded contractor will design, supply, and install new repeaters and talkaround channels for each school (BV, CW, EL, FP, PV, MS, HS) and shared functions (Transportation, Special Event, Technology/Maintenance), plus a District Wide Emergency Repeater that must transmit to every radio regardless of channel, and program all radios according to specified zones and roles across the district's facilities. The work will be performed primarily at 15501 Couzens Ave, Eastpointe, MI, with an estimated 12-month period of performance and an estimated value of $500,000-$1,000,000.

Replacement of existing dining room and kitchen flooring. The school is accepting bids to replace the existing flooring. Dining room: Remove ceramic tile 2088 SF + base 188 LF; Install New VCT Tile (Armstrong Standard Excelon) - 2088 SF + base 188 LF; Kitchen: Remove VCT 1276 SF + base 160 LF; Install New Epoxy (Deco Quartz System) - 1276 SF + base 160 LF. No electrical, gas or code upgrades will be included.

Bellevue School District (BSD) in Bellevue, Washington is seeking qualified vendors to provide yearbook publishing services for various high schools and middle schools within the district for the 2026-2027 school year. The Shaler Area School District is issuing an Invitation for Bids for the Flashing School Zone Improvements Project at three school locations: Marzolf Elementary School, Burchfield Elementary School, and Shaler Area Middle School. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the District offices at 1800 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116. Bidding Documents can be obtained from Trans Associates Engineering Consultants, Inc., and bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit a 10% bid bond.

Bulk fuel and related services for k12 school districts.

Grand Island Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Gates Elementary School addition and renovations project at 513 S Curtis Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. CMBA Architects (Spencer, IA) is the architect of record, with bid documents distributed by A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. in Omaha and Lincoln, NE. A pre-bid meeting was held at the existing school on July 16, 2026, with bids due on July 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST at the Michael S. Kneale Administration Building, 123 S. Webb Rd, Grand Island, Nebraska.

Poudre School District in Colorado is soliciting proposals for trash and recycling pick-up services for its three Mountain Schools campuses (Livermore Elementary, Red Feather Lakes Elementary, and Stove Prairie Elementary). The contract covers routine waste collection services for these remote Rocky Mountain school sites in Northern Colorado. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM MDT on July 23, 2026, via the BidNet Direct platform that Poudre School District uses for procurement.
