Lewis-Palmer School District 38, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) through the Safe Routes to School Program, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a pedestrian trail system and installation of a pedestrian bridge in Monument, Colorado. The project will improve pedestrian connectivity and safety by linking surrounding neighborhoods with Lewis-Palmer Elementary School, Lewis-Palmer Middle School, and Palmer Ridge High School. Construction is scheduled to run from September 2026 through December 2026, with substantial completion and owner turnover on December 1, 2026; the solicitation requires prevailing wages and bid bonds.

Provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, traffic control, supervision, disposal fees, permits, and inspections for the replacement of (2) boilers.

Project consists of two-story, 115,000 SF addition to the existing 6th grade center including offices, 40+ classrooms, two media centers, two tornado shelters, and improvements to the existing 6th grade center.

Spartanburg School District Five is soliciting competitive bids to remove and replace aluminum-framed storefront systems and associated hardware at Berry Shoals Elementary and River Ridge Elementary in Duncan, SC. The scope includes demolition and disposal of existing storefronts, supply and installation of new aluminum framing, glazing, doors, and hardware, and coordination to minimize disruption while meeting school safety and building code requirements. This RFP seeks proposals for PFAS evaluation, design, and grant services for five schools.

The City of Milwaukee is soliciting vendor service proposals for the management oversight of City of Milwaukee Charter Schools under RFP 21849. The successful vendor will provide oversight services to support the City's charter school program, with an anticipated initial three-year contract term and the option to renew for two additional one-year terms upon mutual consent. Primary Elementary gym HVAC project.

Madison County Schools in Richmond, Kentucky is seeking bids for the HVAC renovation project at Kit Carson Elementary School, identified as Project 26-421. The scope of work includes renovation and replacement of HVAC equipment, controls, and related building systems at the existing elementary school facility. Bids are issued through the Lynn Imaging plan room with Branscum Construction Company serving as construction manager, with a submission deadline of August 5, 2026.

Bartow County Government issued an RFQ seeking prequalified engineering consultants to provide preliminary engineering and design services for the Hamilton Crossing Safe Roads to Schools and Safety Project at the intersection of Hamilton Crossing Road and Fire Tower Road, including designing a roundabout and addressing safety and traffic flow. The consultant will coordinate with Bartow County and the Georgia Department of Transportation and must meet GDOT prequalification and Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act requirements. The contract begins upon award and covers the preliminary engineering phase with potential for additional services during construction revisions.

Provide Mental Health Consultant (MHC) services that are consistent, equitable, culturally and linguistically responsive, and fully compliant with Office of Head Start (OHS) Performance Standards.
