Norfolk City Public Schools issued an Invitation for Bids for demolition and removal of 12 portable classrooms across two school sites, including demolition of structures, foundation removal, utility disconnection, debris disposal, and site restoration. The contract requires submission of a demolition plan, safety plan, and insurance certificates and bidders must be licensed contractors in Virginia with required bonds and insurance.
