The City of Golden Valley, Minnesota is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for a new Public Works Facility located at 6100 and 6110 Olson Memorial Hwy. The selected CMAR will provide pre-construction services including programming/pre-design participation, schematic and design development participation with budget maintenance, and construction planning/scheduling, with the GMP established at 50% construction documents. Shortlisted firms will subsequently receive a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the construction phase, with the consolidated Public Works facility slated for completion in 2029.

Public Works Garage Improvements includes fluid applied restoration of the existing Public Works Garage (approx. 4,200 SF); removal and replacement of four sectional garage doors; and removal and replacement of six exterior man doors, frames and hardware.
