The City of Aransas Pass is soliciting statements of qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to plan and design a new Public Works office building, including offices, conference room, break room, restrooms, storage and support spaces. The selected firm will provide pre-design services, cost estimating, design development, construction documents, permitting assistance, bid-phase support, construction administration, and closeout/warranty support. Proposals must be submitted in sealed form to the City Secretary’s Office and include limited-page proposals (six printed copies plus one electronic PDF).

The university of washington (uw), on behalf of the uw facilities asset management group, is issuing an rfp to engage an experienced firm to evaluate cost drivers within its capital project portfolio, including policies, practices, delivery methods, and life cycle value. The review will compare uw projects to comparable private sector data and include targeted cost analysis and audit services to assess fair market value on select public works projects.

The City of Boca Raton is soliciting proposals for Various Public Works Projects and will evaluate qualified firms for a range of public works services. The full RFP package and attachments are available on the City's procurement portal and require login to view. Proposals are due June 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, and a non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for May 26, 2026.

The solicitation (RFQ-2026-0010) was released on 2026-05-18 and proposals are due July 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT. The City of Culver City (Finance Department) requests proposals for educational outreach services supporting public works environmental programs and operations initiatives. The solicitation (RFP #2677) was posted 2026-05-14 and proposals are due 2026-06-11 at 3:00 PM PDT; submissions are electronic. The opportunity is an open RFP (not a grant) with the City of Culver City as the issuing buyer and contact Kevin Quiroz provided for questions.

The Town of Strasburg (VA) solicits bids for IFB2026-002 to install approximately 1,950 linear feet of 8-foot-tall chain link security fence at the Public Works Facility, including personnel and vehicle gates and a motorized 24-foot cantilever sliding gate. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment while obtaining required Shenandoah County permits and meeting insurance and registration requirements. A bid security equal to 5% of the bid is required for this construction procurement.

Work consist of shop addition and renovation.

The City of Marion is soliciting proposals from qualified Design-Build firms to provide professional design and construction services for a new public works maintenance garage building. The project is intended to supplement the existing municipal facility, which currently lacks sufficient space to accommodate larger vehicles and equipment.

Typical work includes general engineering, earthwork, landscaping, electrical, concrete, paving, plumbing and general building.

Seeking qualified CM/GC to guide the City through the pre-construction phase and construction. Collaborate with the Cityand Design Team throughout the design / pre-construction phases of this project providing insight and recommendations on construction sequencing, project phasing, construction methods, product availability, etc. This scope anticipates regular, weekly or semi-monthly meetings with the Cityand Design Team in person (as well as virtually), but may also include coordination meetings directly with the Design Team.
