The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works and the Flood Control District are seeking pre-qualifications from firms to provide various maintenance services throughout the county. Scope of work includes concrete work, debris and erosion control, traffic striping, hazardous waste disposal, and heavy equipment rental. The solicitation is a Request for Qualifications intended to establish a list of qualified vendors for a 48-month project duration.

Work consist of installation of a new public works facility. Packages includes general work & labor, site work, plumbing/mechanical, electrical.

The Town of Telluride Public Works is soliciting proposals for a Transit Addition project to expand or improve transit facilities. The posting lists solicitation dates and directs vendors to the buyer’s official posting for full documentation. Bidding is open and scheduled to close on May 29, 2026.

Seeking proposal for various public works projects.

The Project includes the following Work: Installation of new motorized dampers and gas monitoring system.

Public works road paving services. Scope of work includes - Road Reclamation: The reclamation of bituminous concrete and sub-base material to a depth of up to twelve (12) inches deep for the full width of the road using a Wirtgen WR240 Reclaimer or equivalent. The road will be reclaimed and graded using a tandem axle road grader and compacted using a ten (10) ton vibratory roller or equal. See attached file.

Provide public works uniform rental & cleaning.

Removal of the existing vehicle fueling system and replacement with two (2) new tanks, dispensers, and associated piping, wiring and controls.

Purchase of three (3) new herbicide truck sprayers.

Work inlcudes solar panel installation. The design and installation of a minimum 84.88 kW roof mounted photovoltaic solar array on the roof of the Township of East Vincent Public Works Building.

Seeking bids for card lock fueling services. Services to be provided under this contract include: the use of card lock sites for unleaded gasoline, ultra-low sulfur diesel #2 and diesel exhaust fluid. The contract for this service shall be for a period of three (3) years, without amendment. The agreement may be extended for up to three (3) additional successive terms of one (1) year with the same terms and conditions as the original agreement.

The City of Keene is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to perform a comprehensive, department-wide review of the Public Works Department and to develop a long-term strategic plan. The project includes benchmarking against comparable municipalities, assessing operations and workforce planning, and creating an actionable implementation roadmap for the next ten years. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on May 27, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 12.

project consists of the construction of two separate building additions to the existing Department of Public Works facility located at N72W15900 Good Hope Road in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. One addition will be constructed adjacent to the existing office area, while the second will expand the existing vehicular garage on the west side of the building. The Office space will include a mix of private and open offices, a conference room, locker rooms, restrooms, and a small testing room. Vertical circulation will be provided by a stairway and a limited use/limited application (LULA) elevator. Construction will be Type II-B, consisting of masonry bearing walls with interior steel columns and framing. The second floor will be constructed with metal decking and a concrete topping slab. The exterior façade will feature decorative masonry with cast stone accents, along with metal panel elements on the south elevation. The work will include the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the addition. The existing office building has an existing Automatic Fire Protection System in place. The second addition will be located on the west side of the existing vehicular garage, which is currently a 94,000 SF steel-framed structure with precast wall panels. The new addition will measure approx 40' by 180 feet (12,000 SF). The occupancy classification for this space will include both Storage (S-1) and Factory/Industrial (F-1) uses. This addition will match the height and structural characteristics of the existing garage and will also be classified as Type II-B construction. The structure will consist of precast tilt-up concrete wall panels and long-span steel trusses and will include the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for the addition.

The project consists of construction of a pre-engineered metal office building, pre-engineered metal covered open storage building, and associated site improvements including underground water pipe and electrical infrastructure, drainage, paving, striping, concrete, fence, wall, landscaping, and other site improvements within the water treatment plant.

The City of San Marcos issued IFB PW IFB 26-02 to renovate existing office areas and upgrade a conference room at the Public Works Office, with a comprehensive Scope of Work contained in the IFB documents. Bids are due June 23, 2026, and solicitation documents must be downloaded from the City’s PlanetBids portal (registration required); electronic bid bonds must be verified through Surety2000. The low bid will be determined by the Base Bid plus Alternates and the City may award the Base Bid alone or the Base Bid plus one or more Alternates; vendors are requested, where feasible and permitted by law, to consider San Marcos businesses for supplies, services, materials, and hiring.

North Thurston Public Schools invites licensed contractors to apply to its Small Works Roster for the 2025‑2026 school year to be considered for public works projects under $350,000. Applications are accepted throughout the school year, and the roster notice closes on August 31, 2026.
