Public Works RFPs

The Town of Normal, Illinois is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Public Works Interior Renovation project. The work generally consists of interior renovation of the Town of Normal Public Works facility. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 1:30pm at the project site (1301 Warriner Street), and sealed bids will be opened on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 1:30pm at Normal City Hall.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its Department of General Services, has issued a solicitation titled "Public Works Building Remediation" for remediation services related to public works building infrastructure. The contract includes renewal-year pricing adjustments for subsequent contract years and is administered as a competitive procurement (not a grant program). Responses are due by August 14, 2026, with the solicitation opening on July 15, 2026.

Renovation of an area to serve as the department operations center (DOC).

Qualified artists or artist teams to design and install a large-scale exterior mural on the Town's Public Works Building titled "Reel Memories Under The Clarksville Sky".

Work includes approx 234 SY concrete flooring installation; 1 LS siding replacement red; 61 LF of 1.5" PVC.

The City of Owen Sound is requesting tenders for the replacement of the flat roof at the Public Works Building located at 1900 20th Street East, Owen Sound, Ontario. The opportunity is being issued as Request for Tender RFT-26-020 (Construction classification), and bidders must submit their bids online through the Bids & Tenders platform. A voluntary site visit was scheduled for Thursday, July 2, 2026, while sealed bids were due no later than 1:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Provide, deliver, and install a new 24' x 60' modular office building at the existing Public Works site. The building must be installed flush with the existing deck to ensure continuous, shared access between the new structure and the existing modular building.

The City of South Burlington is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for site improvements at the Department of Public Works facility located at 104 Landfill Road. The project scope includes installation of electric vehicle charging stations and associated electrical infrastructure, parking lot paving, stormwater conveyance systems, and gravel wetland construction, along with parking lot striping. Bid opening will occur immediately after the submission deadline of 2:00 PM on August 11, 2026, at South Burlington City Hall.

The State of Colorado is soliciting proposals for a Digital Training Log and Certification of Public Works system to provide digital capabilities for logging training activities and managing associated certifications within public works operations. The solution will deliver an integrated cloud-based SaaS platform to support training and certification processes for public works employees. This is a technology procurement, not a grant program, and was issued via the Colorado Procurement Group on BidNet Direct.

Remove the existing roofing system and install a complete new commercial roofing system. The selected system shall provide a durable, watertight roof suitable for a municipal public works facility and shall include all accessories necessary for a complete installation. Alternate bid provide a separate alternate price for replacement of all gutters and downspouts.

For the wind protection hardening - public works building.

The City of Memphis is soliciting quotations for welding equipment and supplies for use by its Public Works Division. The procurement is intended to enhance the Public Works Division's capabilities by providing the necessary welding equipment and related supplies. Quotations are being accepted from vendors through the City of Memphis' Beacon Bid procurement portal.

The Town of Machias, Maine is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the repair or replacement of the roof on the Public Works Garage located at 117 Broadway, Machias, ME. Interested bidders must submit sealed bids clearly labeled 'Public Works Garage Roof Replacement' or 'Public Works Garage Roof Repair' on the envelope. Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works issued an informal RFP for floor mat rental and maintenance services across multiple county facilities, requiring new mats with Nitrel rubber backing and nylon twist pile, regular cleaning, and replacement when worn. The vendor must deliver and simultaneously replace mats on a regular schedule, maintain consistent site colors, and ensure ADA compliance; the service schedule prefers Monday/Tuesday deliveries. The contract term is three years from county approval and award will be based on best value rather than lowest cost.

Provide public works asset management system.

Leet Township is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a new Public Works Garage under project reference 2024-GEDTF-286. The project is funded in part by Allegheny County's Gaming Economic Development Tourism Fund (GEDTF), which is administered by the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County. Qualified contractors may submit proposals through the Bonfire (Euna Supplier Network) procurement portal before the closing date of July 23, 2026.

Replacement of emergency generator at the public works building. Provide a minimum 750 kw generator suitable of powering the existing entire department of public works building. The work shall include; new generator foundation, 750 kw diesel generator, new service entrance rated automatic transfer switch, generator equipment accessories, service access platform, and revisions to the main electrical switchboard. All work shall include the necessary electrical demolition, new electrical power distribution revisions, new automatic transfer switch, raceways, electrical equipment, conductors, etc. As described on the contract drawings.

Project consists of new public works facility. Building include office space, vehicle maintenance areas, a mezzanine, and vehicle storage space. Site improvements include sanitary and stormwater utilities, bituminous and concrete paving, material storage areas, site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation.
