Pipeline RFPs

The work consists of furnishing one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead dredge. Work will be performed in the New Orleans Harbor Reach of the Mississippi River and adjacent lock forebays of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway.

Work includes approx. 434,143 CY of pond excavation and shaping; 434,143 CY of placement and compaction of pond excavation; 33 LF of storm sewer and slope paving; pipeline protection matting and SWPPP. See attached file.

Work includes approx. 3,290 LF of 10" trenchless pipeline rehabilitation with cured-in-place pipe lining; 44 VF of manhole rehabilitation-lining and associated repairs; 113 EA of remove steps; 1 EA of repair joint and seal with non- shrink grout, repair bench and invert; 1 EA of remove debris from invert.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting proposals for the removal of existing underground fuel tanks and the installation of a new above-ground fuel farm at the VA Medical Center in Roseburg, OR. This procurement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC) with an estimated project value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project falls under NAICS code 237120 for Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from approved mitigation banks and/or authorized credit sellers for the purchase of 2,490 primary service area (Tier 1) stream mitigation credits to offset unavoidable stream impacts associated with the Point of Rocks Water Supply Project, which includes a new intake on the Appomattox River, a pump station, raw water pipeline, and a water treatment plant.

FY26 GIWW Maintenance Dredging. Pipeline maintenance dredging and advanced maintenance dredging of the Bay. Schedule 1 will include GIWW maintenance dredging of approx. 1.5 million cubic yards (CY) of the Bay and will include varying advanced maintenance depths. Material will be placed across various placement areas located along the GIWW. This contract will be subject to several environmental windows, including bird nesting, turtle nesting, and piping plover.

Washington County (MN) issued an RFP to obtain pigging services to remove flow restrictions from low spots in the county's pipeline system. The contractor will provide engineering, cleaning, safety planning, and required PPE for a project expected to run from July 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026. Proposals are due June 16, 2026, and contractors must comply with Minnesota statutory requirements regarding insurance and nondiscrimination.

The Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority has issued an Invitation for Bids for the construction of three low-water crossings and access road improvements at the Great Swamp Effluent Management System. The project involves partial concrete encasement of an existing 24-inch effluent pipeline and the placement of precast articulated concrete mats. All construction work must be completed by November 30, 2026, with bids due by June 23, 2026.

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified design-builder teams for the rehabilitation of approximately 6,620 linear feet of the 102-inch Anacostia Trunk Sewer in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This progressive design-build project requires firms with significant experience in large-diameter pipeline rehabilitation and collaborative project delivery. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the WSSC eProcurement portal by the June 16, 2026 deadline.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, requires maintenance dredging of approximately 915,000 cubic yards of material at the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The project involves mechanical or pipeline dredging with placement at an offshore dredged material disposal site and is estimated to be valued between $5 million and $10 million. The solicitation is expected to be issued electronically on or about July 10, 2026, as an unrestricted firm-fixed-price contract.

The National Institute on Aging (NIA) seeks input on the early development pipeline for novel, disease-modifying drugs aimed at preventing or treating specific aging-related conditions. Responses from academic and industry stakeholders are requested regarding targets, modalities, development stage, challenges, and needed resources to inform future NIA planning. The City of San Diego is soliciting proposals for engineering services to design and oversee replacement of the Paradise Mesa Standpipe with a new 2.5-million-gallon elevated storage tank, including pre-design investigations, detailed design, and environmental compliance. The scope includes related pipeline and storm-drain work, demolition of the existing standpipe after the new tank is operational, SCADA integration, and site security. The procurement is an RFP with an estimated design fee value of $1.4M–$1.6M and is currently in the bidding stage.

Work consists of replacing approx. 2,770 LF of existing 20" cast iron water transmission main with 22" high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe to be installed by pipe bursting methods, including insertion and receiving pits, appurtenances, connections to the existing water system, and concrete and asphalt concrete pavement restoration includes 2,724 LF CCTV inspection of 20" pipeline prior to pipe bursting, 2,724 LF 22" HDPE pipe by installed by pipe bursting and open trench.
