Pipeline pigging to evaluate the condition of an existing sanitary sewer force main. The initial pigging will be used to remove accumulated debris, sediment, and potential obstructions that may restrict flow or cause operational inefficiencies. A smart pig inspection may be conducted, at the owner's discretion, following the preliminary cleaning runs to provide a detailed evaluation of the force main. The owner is requesting a proposal from your firm to perform cleaning pig runs of the existing force main. In addition, the owner is requesting a bid alternate for completing a smart pig inspection of the force main. The force main is approx., 10,300 LF length, as shown on the attached location map. If the bid alternate is selected, the selected firm shall provide a smart pig assessment report detailing the findings of the pipeline evaluation.
