The County of Stettler No. 6 is soliciting Requests for Proposals (Solicitation #AB-2026-04944, internal #APC 2026-09) from qualified firms to provide comprehensive geographic information systems (GIS) services to the County for a 5-year period. The scope includes hardcopy mapping of landownership information and may include digital mapping of the County Road network, utilities, voting districts, vehicle tracking, and planning-related layers such as zoning, addressing, historical significance, flood data, owner information, cadastral data, oil and gas data, abandoned pipeline and oil well data. Proposals must be submitted by email by the closing date of August 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm MT.

The New Mexico General Services Department has issued a Request for Proposal (Solicitation 60-55000-26-01218) seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive water well maintenance, repair, inspection, and related services for non-potable water systems in the Fort Sumner, Lake Arthur, and Seven Rivers regions of New Mexico. The scope of work includes well-field upkeep, pump maintenance, pipeline repair, engineering support, and testing and conservation activities, with NAICS code 237210 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction). The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide financial analysis and advisory services related to its real estate development pipeline. The selected contractor will review and analyze development proposals submitted to NHA, including RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration), LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), mixed-income, and mixed-use projects, evaluating financial feasibility, deal structure, and long-term affordability outcomes. The scope includes analyzing pro formas, budgets, sources and uses, operating projections, cost-benefit analyses of acquisitions, partnership terms, historical and projected cash flows, and gap financing sources including soft debt, tax credits, grants, and philanthropic capital.

Work consist of 1,470 lf of provide clean-up and final grading along final pipeline route, 1,470 lf of furnish and install 15" diameter pvc sdr-26 d3034 wastewater line, 600 lf of remove and dispose of existing 12" diameter wastewater line, 20 lf of remove and dispose of existing 8" diameter wastewater line, 50 lf of furnish and install 24" steel encasement by bore, 4 ea of furnish and install 4' diameter manhole with conshield, 3 ea of furnish and install 8" plug for wastewater line abandonment, 4 ea of furnish and install 12" plug for wastewater line abandonment, 2 ea of remove and dispose of existing 4' diameter manhole.

Construction of a new surge relief system and associated pump station modifications. This work will primarily consist of installation of a surge relief system consisting of a pressure relief valve that will anticipate a surge in the event of pump stoppage. The pressure relief valve will then open proactively to relieve pressure in the pipeline prior to the pressure wave being seen at the pump station. Other components for the surge relief system to be installed include additional piping, appurtenances, supports, and thrust restraints. The surge relief system will connect to the existing pump discharge header and route water back into the pump station clearwell. A new sump pump for drainage of the pump station floor will also be constructed during this project. The sump pump will have its discharge routed through 4" Sch 80 PVC drain piping.

Work involves replacement of digester gas piping and gas safety equipment and associated supports, replacement of two access roof hatches (cover and frame) on each digester with provisions for concrete repair, modifying existing two side hatches on each digester, recoating interior headspace of each digester, concrete repairs to the four digester and building, installing new level measurement device on each digester, installing five linear generators and associated electrical, installing biogas conditioning equipment and RNG Upgrading system, installing a RNG injection pipeline from the RNG upgrading system to PG&E's injection station, replacing steam boiler and steam system appurtenances with heating water boiler and hydronic system, replacing existing waste gas flares with new enclosed flares, demolition of the Cogen facility and appurtenances, and other civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, demolition related improvements.

Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP) is soliciting electronic sealed bids for the construction of the Community Bike Works facility located at 921 Spruce Street, Easton, PA 18042. The project is broken into twelve prime contracts (PC-1 through PC-12) covering Site Work & Building Excavation, Concrete, Demolition, Miscellaneous Metals, Interior Carpentry/General Trades, Overhead Doors, Painting, Aluminum/Glass/Glazing, Flooring, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, with bid documents managed electronically via the Construction Manager's Pipeline platform. Sealed bids are due no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 27, 2026; the project is partially funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), so associated federal requirements apply, and a 5% bid security plus performance/labor-payment bonds are required.
