The Brine Pipeline Access Improvements project involves various maintenance access and pipeline isolation improvements along the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline. The work includes the installation of pipeline/access improvements along Goetz Road, Winter Circle, Salt Creek channel, and within the Salt Creek Trail, as well as cleaning of approximately 13,140 linear feet of the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline. The project is located in the City of Menifee, Riverside County, California, and is a Small Business Set Aside acquisition conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 Sealed Bid.

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Basin Region issued a presolicitation for the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project (NGWSP) Block 2-3 Pipeline to construct buried water transmission pipelines and storage tanks. This full and open procurement has an estimated value between $100,000,000 and $150,000,000 and is expected to be a fixed-price contract. The project includes the construction of SCADA systems and associated works with a response deadline set for June 2026.

This RFB from the City of Hurst involves the complete reconstruction of Pipeline Road from Harrison Lane to Brown Trail, including concrete pavement, waterlines, and sanitary sewers. The project scope also encompasses storm sewer construction, bridge demolition and reconstruction, street lighting, traffic signals, and landscape restoration. Bids for this $15,000,000 to $30,000,000 project are due by April 29, 2026, with a virtual bid opening scheduled for the same day.

Installation of approximately 14,300 linear feet of 96-inch steel water pipe, 570 linear feet of 78-inch steel water pipe, and 30 linear feet of 54-inch prestressed concrete cylinder water pipe by a combination of open cut and tunneling methods in addition to cathodic protection, electrical, instrumentation and controls for electrically actuated valves, site and paving restoration and all appurtenances.
