Pipeline RFPs

The work includes various maintenance access and pipeline isolation improvements along the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline (16" to 30" diameters). Construction generally includes the installation of 4 pipeline/access improvements along Goetz Road, 2 pipeline/access improvements along Winter Circle, 4 pipeline/access improvements along the Salt Creek channel and within the Salt Creek Trail, and 2 pipeline/access improvements located inside the District's Sun City Regional Water Reclamation Facility property. The work also includes cleaning of approx. 13,140 LF of the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline.

The Brine Pipeline Access Improvements project involves various maintenance access and pipeline isolation improvements along the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline. The work includes the installation of pipeline/access improvements along Goetz Road, Winter Circle, Salt Creek channel, and within the Salt Creek Trail, as well as cleaning of approximately 13,140 linear feet of the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline. The project is located in the City of Menifee, Riverside County, California, and is a Small Business Set Aside acquisition conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 Sealed Bid.

Project generally consists of: installation of approx. 27,500 LF of new 36" water main and associated fittings, valves, and appurtenances. The project also includes construction of a point of delivery site with a control valve and meter.

The Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) is requesting proposals from qualified construction firms to provide on-call pipeline maintenance and repair services for its water distribution system. Work includes excavation, trenching, backfilling of buried pipeline systems; repair and replacement of valves, tees, hydrants, and other appurtenances up to 42 inches; corrosion control, coatings, linings, bypass piping, bypass pumping, and drainage activities to support rapid restoration of water service. This is an active services solicitation posted on the District's official PlanetBids vendor portal in Palm Desert, California.

San Bernardino County Special Districts (SPDADMIN) issued a Request for Proposals titled "On-Call Pipeline Maintenance and Repair Services" to establish countywide on-call contracts for routine and emergency pipeline maintenance and repair. A proposal conference is scheduled for July 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Teams, and the bid opening (proposal submission deadline) is listed as August 24, 2026 at 3:00:59 PM. The solicitation page lists the RFP and multiple exhibits (prevailing wage, location maps, sample contracts) as attachments on the county's ePro portal.

CMAR project selected bidder will assist will design of a approx., 5 mile PVC pipeline, valves, railroad crossing, canal crossings, water appurtenances.

The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department issued an Invitation for Bids titled "2026 Pipeline Continuing Construction Contract" (IFB-720-WUD 25-040R-1) to establish continuing pipeline construction services. The official posting is hosted on the Palm Beach County Vendor Self-Service (VSS) portal and vendors must use the VSS public access/registration to download solicitation documents. The opportunity was posted in early July 2026 and has a response deadline in early August 2026.

The City of Kelowna is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide in-service water pipeline inspection and leak detection services for the South Irrigation Watermain. The work covers approximately 6.3 km of municipal non-potable water transmission main (south section ~4.5 km; north section ~1.8 km) with diameters ranging from approximately 450 mm to 750 mm. Proposals must be submitted via the City's Bonfire procurement portal by July 20, 2026, and the findings will guide the City's utility planning, maintenance scheduling, risk management, and future capital planning.

Metro Vancouver (Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage) is soliciting proposals for an Annual Pipeline Condition Assessment Program Services contract under reference 26-0414. The RFP seeks qualified engineering firms to provide ongoing pipeline condition assessment services for Metro Vancouver's sewerage and drainage infrastructure. Proposals are due by August 4, 2026, with the program aimed at maintaining the operational integrity of the regional pipeline network.

Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from professional engineering firms to decommission the Van Dyke Wastewater Treatment Facility and replace it with a master pump station that will convey wastewater to the Northwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility. The work supports construction under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method for a five-year term with an estimated value of $2,000,000.00. The solicitation (RPS-26-00282) was posted July 14, 2026 and is open for submissions until August 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT; proposers must submit required forms and their proposal through the county procurement portal and include the listed attachments and certifications.

Project includes on-call routine and emergency maintenance and repairs to water and wastewater pipelines. It includes approx. 1 lf 1 of 6" replace old pipe (ac, ductile, steel or pvc) and install new c-900 dr 14.

Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) is soliciting the Modjeska Grade Road Domestic Water Pipeline Relocations to relocate IRWD domestic water pipeline segments that conflict with the County of Orange’s Modjeska Grade Road roadway and stormwater improvements. The work includes relocation of approximately 310 linear feet of 6- and 8-inch pipe at six locations, replacement of six isolation valves, and abatement of existing asbestos cement pipe; the listing shows a duration of about 90 calendar days and an estimated value in the aggregator listing (~$738,779). Bids are due July 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM; solicitation materials and attachments are hosted on IRWD’s vendor portal (PlanetBids) but the full bid documents require vendor login.

The City of Umatilla, jointly with the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), is soliciting sealed bids for the CTUIR/COU Joint Pump and Pipeline Project – Transmission Main construction package. The work consists of installing approximately 3,000 lineal feet of buried 36-inch fusion-welded HDPE raw-water transmission main pipe, plus trench restoration, PVC conduit, electrical vaults, valves, thrust blocks, pipe anchors, rock excavation/production blasting, removal of existing pipes, a gravel access road, and backfilling of an irrigation canal. Bids are due by 12:30 p.m. on July 22, 2026 at the Umatilla Business Center, with complete bid documents available on QuestCDN (project #10238139).

The project includes: Installation of three pumps and related appurtenances to the High Head Pump Station, installation of 6.6 miles of new 48" diameter cement mortar lined and coated steel pipe, and connection to an existing 48" pipeline at the pump station and at 70th Street W and W Avenue M-8.

Perform CCTV inspection and cleaning services and generate reports (using NASSCO evaluation scoring system) on approx. 6,582 LF of8"; 6,599 LF of 10"; 10,138 LF of 12"; 3,412 LF of 15"; 233 LF of 16"; 7,120 LF of 18"; 101 LF of 20"; 1,076 LF of 21" gravity sewer pipe and 160 manholes. There may also be heavy cleaning involved in certain areas.

Work includes approx. 2,901 LF of 36" HDPE raw water pipe, fittings and couplings with class A backfill; 85 LF of 36" HDPE raw water pipe, fittings and couplings with class B backfill; 25 LF of 10" HDPE raw water pipe fittings, and couplings with class A backfill; 5,634 LF of PVC conduit system, 2" diameter (fiber); 1,736 LF of PVC conduit system, 2" diameter (power); 3,472 LF of PVC conduit system, 6" diameter (power).

Renewal of approximately 3,404 LF of water pipeline (197 LF of 6", 1,118 LF of 8", 2,089 LF of 12") and 1329 LF of wastewater pipeline (423 LF of 6", 754 LF of 8", 152 LF of 12") in the West Congress neighborhood.

Project consists of stripping of topsoil, installation of new 18" diameter galvanized pipe with pipe bedding and select fill, removal and relocation of FETS with trash racks on the end of the new pipe section, installation of a field turnout on the new pipe section, pipe appurtenances, seeding, and all other work.
