The State of South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide inmate psychological evaluations to certain inmates prior to possible parole release. The contract will be for a fixed price, requiring evaluations in various regions of the state. The vendor will provide a professional fee for each evaluation, including interview, evaluation, and related expenses, and a 30-minute onsite feedback session for a fee not exceeding $200.
