The contract will be for a fixed price, requiring evaluations in various regions of the state. The vendor will provide a professional fee for each evaluation, including interview, evaluation, and related expenses, and a 30-minute onsite feedback session for a fee not exceeding $200.

Provide inmate uniforms and linens, including shirts, pants, shorts, shoes, gym tank tops, flat sheets, bath towels, and wool blankets. All items must be industrial laundry grade and able to withstand high-heat commercial drying.
