The City of Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills Police Department) is soliciting proposals to provide comprehensive medical services to individuals housed in the City’s jail, including delivery of medical care, compliance with applicable regulations, and maintenance of medical records. The solicitation was posted on 2026-05-19 and proposals are due electronically by 2026-06-12 at 2:00 PM PDT. This is an open RFP with the City of Beverly Hills / Beverly Hills Police Department as the buyer and submissions handled via the City’s PlanetBids vendor portal.

Development and execution of a contract with one or more vendors who NCSD determines to be eligible to provide inmate commissary services and the operation of the inmate banking system for procurement by NCSD.

Provide Telephone Services. The contractor shall provide a solution to deliver local, long-distance, and international calling services to MCAS Cherry Point. This includes providing all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to transition from the existing PRI-based connections to a SIP-based service. The scope includes the provision of the SIP service, necessary network hardware to deliver SIP and interface with the existing on-base telecommunications infrastructure utilizing a Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) break in the form of 16 PRI connections. DLA Troop Support issued an RFQ (Notice ID SPE8EN26T2008) soliciting 25 telephones (NSN 5805017219817) from an approved source. Delivery is required to DLA Distribution San Joaquin, and quotes must be submitted electronically via the DLA DIBBS site. The notice was published on SAM.gov with an offer due date of June 1, 2026.

Qualified multidisciplinary consulting teams to provide professional planning, architectural, engineering, environmental, utility, and related consulting services associated with Phase 1 jail site validation and comparative site analysis activities. The selected consultant team will assist the County in evaluating candidate sites for the Jail Replacement Program, providing the technical foundation necessary for an informed Board of County Commissioners decision regarding site selection and program advancement.

Provide inmate commissary services.

The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office seeks a qualified vendor to provide telecommunications and technology services for residents within the Kalamazoo County Jail, including FCC-compliant telecommunications and optional entertainment and educational services. The selected vendor will be responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and ongoing support of systems with on-site service and a dedicated technician. The contract term is five years (three base years and two option years) and includes a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and specified questions and proposal deadlines.

Replace the roof at the Green Bay Jail with a new Class A, PVC roof system tested to meet wind pressures calculated in accordance with FM Global methodology, per the Drawings and Specifications. Bidders must submit pricing for all lines items.

Niagara County Jail Mezzanine Fencing.

Provide cellular telephone storage for various schools, one (1) year contract. All storage contraptions offered shall be newly manufactured and non-refurbished, and contain non-refurbished parts. The anticipated contract term is June 18, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Installing WIFI access points inside the jail with wiring run and a 24 switch port.

The U.S. Embassy in Juba (Department of State) issued RFQ #19SS3026Q0007 seeking mobile telephone services including voice, data, SMS, and SIM provisioning for approximately 250 official lines. The solicitation is for a one-year base period with four option years and requires electronic submission to the embassy's procurement office. Interested vendors must provide proof of SAM registration and submit their offers by the June 2, 2026 deadline.

MCI-East Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office issued Solicitation M6700126Q1005 to procure telecommunications services including local, long-distance, and international calling for a 12-month base period with four option years. The acquisition is a firm-fixed-price contract set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 517111. Proposals are being sought for the Telecommunications and Information Systems Directorate to support operations at MCAS Cherry Point, NC.
