The City of Fargo Transit department is seeking proposals from qualified mechanical contractors to replace two existing Thermal Solutions EVA-750 gas boilers. The project is located at the Metro Transit Garage at 650 23rd St N. in Fargo, North Dakota. Interested bidders must submit their proposals through the city's procurement portal by the June 2026 deadline.

Work to include: Removal of 3 existing boilers, pumps, selective demolition of pipe work. Concrete base enhancements. Installation of new boilers and restoration of pipe work heat, pumps, and associated equipment.

Remove and replace two boilers in building 1047.

Project consists of 02 41 00 - demolition, 03 30 00 - cast-in-place concrete , 07 84 00 - firestopping, division 22 - plumbing, division 23 - heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (hvac).

Provision, installation, and commissioning of a short-term steam boiler replacement solution for the heating plant

Boiler replacement at elementary school.

Provide boiler replacement work. Remove & dispose of (2) existing boilers. Remove & cap existing boiler flue at chimney. Remove & dispose a portion of the existing supply/return piping near boilers. Supply and install (2) new lochinvar crest model fbn2501 2. 5 million btu each. Supply bacnet cards for both boilers for bas integration. Shipped separate (school responsible for this integration). Supply and install (2) 1. 5 hp cast iron ecm variable speed inline pumps complete with line voltage power wiring & comm to each boiler. Supply and install new 6" supply & return piping schedule 40 to create a common header with (2) - 6" close tees & 4" piping to each boiler.

The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) issued RFQ 1232SA26Q0600 for HVAC replacement at the United States National Poultry Research Center in Athens, GA. The work includes replacing a water‑source heat pump in B1 Room P104, repairing the fresh air intake, and integrating the new unit with the existing Automated Logic Building Automation System. The procurement is a Total Small Business set‑aside requiring factory startup, testing, adjusting, and balancing by June 5, 2026.

Removal and replacement of existing steel siding and roofing on an approx 5,000 SF building, including all necessary underlayment, trim and fasteners, with new 26-gauge steel; and installation of a new HVAC system, including all associated electrical and mechanical work necessary for a complete and operational system.

Replacement of HVAC/Exhaust System.

Work consists of replacing four (4) 90-ton rooftop air conditioning units serving the event halls at the state fair exposition center which was constructed in 2002 and is approx 300,000 SF.

The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a qualified contractor to provide HVAC replacement services at the Staunton DMV location. The project involves removing existing systems and furnishing and installing three new HVAC units. A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 2, 2026, at the facility.

Work includes building HVAC replacement.

Replacement of Three (3) Heating Boilers, (1 Prime) HVAC-Commercial Contractor.

Work consists of: removal and replacement of an existing gravel surfaced built up roof system (including tapered insulation) attached to a concrete deck. Replace the roof with an adhered, system consisting of vapor retarder, insulation (including tapered), coverboard and a 60-mil epdm. See attached file.
