The Village of Canisteo is soliciting bids to replace the boiler system at the Canisteo Police Department and Garage, including new circulator pumps and a 210K BTU natural gas combi-boiler. The project is scheduled to begin in summer 2026 with a target completion date of October 1, 2026. Bidders must comply with New York prevailing wage requirements and demonstrate experience with comparable boiler replacement work.

In general, the work consists of: replacement of existing boilers and boiler room equipment at the street facility. Project will include mechanical piping and ductwork changes and supporting electrical and architectural work.

Work includes heat and cooling plant replacement.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) issued RFQ 1232SA26Q0642 for replacement of the cooling tower base at the U.S. Horticultural Research Laboratory in Fort Pierce, FL. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 238190) and is being solicited as a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. Quotes are due Jun 19, 2026 at 10:00 am CDT.

Temp Cooling/Heating Rental

Work includes installation of air conditioning in the gymnasium. It will consist of installing 5-5 ton 3 phase split system AC units, air handlers, sheet metal ductwork and a Duct Sox on each unit. Removal of existing exhaust fans and capping of those spaces will need to be included in the bid.

Procurement of services for the quarterly replacement and installation of HVAC air filters, including labor, materials, and disposal, across Mississippi State University's main campus.

Project consists of two phases that can be completed at the same time Phase 1: install of a two head split system, Phase 2: install of a high efficiency boiler.

Omaha Public Schools is soliciting bids to replace the boiler system at Gomez Heritage Elementary School, including demolition and installation of two high-efficiency boilers. The project encompasses associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-sprinkler work along with required warranties and closeout documentation. This procurement is an Invitation for Bid with a mandatory pre-bid site meeting and a final submission deadline of June 12, 2026.

Remove and replace a failed boiler and circulator pump in west roof penthouse of the Horace Mann Center.

Perform the replacement of the front hvac boiler for a 1997 teledyne laars mighty max boiler. Contractor shall disconnect and remove (1) teledyne laars mighty max boiler. Contractor shall remove old vent pipe. Contractor shall remove and replace existing expansion tank, pressure relief valves and temperature gauges. Contractor shall install the new boiler and connect existing water lines, gas lines and electrical lines. Contractor shall, with prior approval from tmd's project manager, install new vent pipe through existing roof penetration or install it in new location. The Wyoming Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the replacement of a high-efficiency boiler. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, and services required to remove the existing unit and install the new boiler.
