The Agricultural Research Service (USDA) issued a combined synopsis/solicitation to replace an HVAC/water source heat pump unit at the U.S. National Poultry Research Center in Athens, GA. To replace hvac. Replace the existing water source heat pump HVAC unit with a new unit of the same capacity in B1 Room P104 at the United States National Poultry Research Center (USNPRC) in Athens, GA. Repair the fresh air intake, and connect the new unit to the existing ALC BAS system. Perform factory start up and TAB.

The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for the replacement of a 60-ton air-cooled condenser and related cooling system components at the First Ladies National Historic Site in Canton, Ohio. This project is a 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses with an estimated value between $500,000 and $750,000. The official solicitation and technical attachments are expected to be published on SAM.gov in March or April 2026.

Purchase and installation of air conditioning units at High School. Project Description: The project includes the removal (if necessary), purchase, delivery, and installation of new air conditioning units to serve designated areas within the high school facility. All equipment and installation must meet applicable state and local codes and standards.

Mechanical infrastructure includes four boilers, a ducted HVAC system, and pneumatic controls. While the system has been well-maintained, it has received minimal upgrades overits lifespan and has exceeded its service life. This project involves a comprehensive design and specification package to replace the four existing PK Thermific 2,000 boilers, HVAC system, and pneumatic controls to modernize infrastructure and improve energy efficiency.
