Remove and replace existing failed boiler system.
Description: Project will consist of some design build for the replacement of the existing 30-ton split system, the pump package, the existing boiler that supplies heating water to hydronic vavs and perimeter baseboard radiant heaters, replacement of pneumatically controlled VAVs (hydronic and cooling only) with new hydronic DDC controlled VAVs, replacement of existing ductless mini-split system, replacement of split system unit, repairing attic insulation, and replacement of oil-fired boiler in the maintenance garage. The project will also include temporary conditioning of the space during the replacement of the main hvac equipment until the system is operationally on-line.
