The City of Fredericton, New Brunswick has issued a Notice of Intended Procurement (NOIP26-01, Ref ID 138072245) inviting design-build firms to indicate interest in providing design-build services for a new fire station — Fredericton's fifth — to be located at 750 Prospect Street in the city's southwestern growth area. The planned facility will support one company of four platoons, be under 10,000 square feet, and incorporate biophilic, sustainable, and resilient design principles to improve emergency response times for the growing southwestern area. The Notice is not a solicitation for binding proposals; the formal Design-Build RFP is anticipated for release in Q2 2026, and bidding activities for this NOIP close on 31 July 2026.

The turnkey supply and installation of a new propane storage system. The system shall have a total storage capacity between 7,500 and 10,000 gallons and includes the removal and replacement of four (4) existing 1,000-gallon propane tanks currently in service.

The buildings mechanical equipment and plumbing fixtures are at the end of serviceable life and will be replaced with new equipment per the Draw-ings and Specifications. A new source capture exhaust system is to be Installed. A new Energy Recovery Ventila-tion System with Distribution to new Air Handlers is to be Installed. A new Building Automation System is to be In-stalled to Allow the city to access, Control, and Monitor all Mechanical Equipment within the Building. Electrical Scope to consist of Disconnection/Reconnection of re-placed Mechanical Equipment and Upgrade to circuits and wiring as necessary to accommodation the new Equipment. In addition to MEP-Related Scope of Work we have specified demolition of existing Half-Height Mez- zanine Wall within the fire stations apparatus bay to re- construct the wall providing an fully enclosed mezzanine space.

The Turkey Creek Township Advisory Board is soliciting sealed bids for the Turkey Creek Fire Territory Station #2 Building Addition construction project, also known as the Chief Mickey E. Scott Public Safety Training Center, in Syracuse, Indiana. The project consists of constructing a 54-foot-by-84-foot pole-barn-style training facility estimated at $450,000 and funded by an anonymous donor, with bids submitted to the Turkey Creek Fire Territory Annex Building. The City of Dixon is soliciting bids for the construction of a new 7,504 SF Fire Station (Project #410-106) at 653 Pitt School Road in Dixon, Solano County, California. The scope includes constructing two drive-through apparatus bays, staff dorm rooms, office, toilet, fitness and kitchen/day room areas, slab-on-grade foundations with wood framing and prefabricated trusses, full mechanical/plumbing/electrical/low-voltage systems, and site improvements (paving, parking, emergency generator, fuel tank, patios, landscape). Bids are due no later than Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. via the Dixon Plan Room portal, and all bidders must be on the Final Qualified Bidders List; the engineer's estimate is $9,100,000.

The solicitation targets vendors capable of providing a statewide notification platform for the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management (ADEM), under the Department of Public Safety.
