The City of Beaumont, Alberta is soliciting a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from qualified Emergency Communications suppliers to provide Fire Dispatch and Primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) services for the City. Proponents must demonstrate capability to be integrated within the Alberta First Responders Radio Communication System (AFRRCS) and to follow the NFPA 1225 Standard for Emergency Services Communications. The resulting contract is estimated to run for a five-year term from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031.

This RFP solicits bids from qualified vendors to provide a Mobile Computer-Aided Dispatch (Mobile CAD) software solution that will run on mobile data terminals in British Columbia fire department vehicles. The solicitation is issued by the Regional District of Mount Waddington in British Columbia, Canada, and covers the licensing, configuration, integration, training and ongoing support of the mobile CAD agents used by fire crews in the field. The procurement was posted on the BC Bid procurement portal in early July 2026 and is open to qualified suppliers, with a closing date of July 28, 2026.

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is soliciting bids for an HVAC project at the new SRPMIC Fire Station, a 40,000+ square-foot facility scheduled to open in 2027. The solicitation 'Fire Station Hvac' was issued on June 22, 2026 and the deadline for submitting proposals is July 20, 2026. SRPMIC is the owner/buyer issuing the request, with the project located at the new Salt River Fire Department facility at 92nd Street and McKellips Road in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Fire station addition and remodel to the fire station phase 1.

The City of Roswell, Georgia is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from highly qualified contractors for two separate fire station construction projects: Fire Station No. 23 using the Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk) delivery method and Fire Station No. 27 using the Lump Sum Bid delivery method. Respondents must follow the two-step process described in the RFP, submitting separate sealed proposals for each project. The City intends to enter into two separate contracts, one for each fire station, with a single successful Respondent or two separate Respondents as determined by the evaluation process.

Concord Township, Lake County, Ohio is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of a new Concord Fire Station No. 2 facility, to replace the existing ~65-year-old station at 10154 Prouty Road. The new station will house Engine 12 and Battalion 3, include a Community Room, and is approximately 18,690 square feet, partially funded by a $3.75 million federal allocation with the remainder financed by a township bond. Sealed proposals marked for "Concord Fire Station No. 2" are to be received by the Board of Trustees by the bid due date of July 29, 2026.

The project consists of, but is not limited to layout, testing, erosion control, earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete, storm and sanitary sewers, septic system, water service, pavement markings & signage, landscape & irrigation, seeding & sodding, building concrete & masonry, miscellaneous metals, rough carpentry, structural steel, casework, insulation, spray foam insulation, metal roofing, doors & hardware, OHD's, aluminum windows, storefronts & glass, metal studs & drywall, stucco, ACT, flooring, caulking & painting, specialties, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical & systems.

Work includes construction of fire station #2.

The City of Rancho Cucamonga is soliciting bids for restroom (bathroom) upgrades at Fire Stations No. 173, 174, and 175 within the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District. The project involves renovation work to improve existing restroom facilities, including upgrades for privacy and accessibility. This is a formal construction bid posted through the City's PlanetBids vendor portal, with electronic bid submission required.

Construction of a new single-story approx. 16,800 SF three apparatus bay fire station facility. The first floor contains approx. 15,600 SF and the equipment platform contains approx. 1,200 SF

The project consists of interior renovations and limited exterior improvements, including interior demolition and removal of existing features.

Provide construction of fire station for the engineering department.

Scope of work to be performed consists of, but not limited to, the renovation/ remodel of the fire fighter restroom facilities. The restroom renovation layout has been developed to satisfy the operational needs (privacy, gender neutral, accessibility) of the district. The interior renovations are taking place at the location of the existing restroom/shared facilities. They will provide the fire station with individual/singleuse private facilities. In addition, at fire station no. 174, the flooring in the kitchen and connected hallway will be replaced with a durable epoxy terrazzo finish for improved longevity and ease of maintenance. In addition, at fire station no. 175, there will be roof mechanical systems and roof repairs work.

Construction of Fire Station No. 2.

This contract seeks the provision of comprehensive flood monitoring and alerting services within the San Antonio District. The selected contractor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining flood monitoring systems to support operational safety and decision-making. The solicitation is issued by the Texas Department of Transportation.

This project requires constructing a new 12,512 SF, precast concrete fire station with three apparatus bays.
