Fire Station Alerting System RFPs

The City of Minneapolis is requesting information to support planning, procurement, and installation of new fire station alerting systems for all 19 Minneapolis fire stations. This Request for Information (RFI) is strictly an inquiry to gather information; no contract will be awarded through this RFI. The solicitation was posted on 2026-06-08 and the response deadline is listed as 2026-07-24.

The Department of the Air Force has a requirement to procure, deliver, and install a Fire Station Alerting and Alarm (FSAA) System. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, software, and labor to ensure a fully operational and integrated system. Detailed technical specifications and performance requirements are outlined in the associated Performance Work Statement.

The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) issued a Brand Name Sole Source solicitation (FA700026Q0048) to procure the Westnet First-In Fire Station Alerting System as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The acquisition includes Buy American requirements, NAICS 334290 and PSC 6350, with performance at USAF Academy, CO. Proposals are due June 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. EDT and the opportunity was posted May 22, 2026.

This contract is to purchase audio parts, including amplifiers, speakers, mounting racks, brackets, and back-up power supplies, for Station alerting systems.

The scope of this requirement includes removal of existing fire alarm and mass notification systems and installation of new combination Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm (FA) and Mass Notification Systems (MNS).

Furnishing and installation of a standardized emergency communication system utilizing speaker/strobe notification appliances and buttons.

Work includes, but is not limited to, expanding the fire station from 3,488 SF to 5,105 SF, increased building height, a double apparatus bay, dormitories, individual restrooms, turn-out locker room, laundry-extractor room, kitchen, lounge room, office space, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

This project consists of the construction of a brand-new 9,448 SF fire station facility.

Provide roof replacement. Approx. 5,500 SF of flat roof will be demoed and replaced. Adhere second layer of 2.2" insulation to bas layer. Adhere 1/2 coverboard prime. Adhere 60 mil tpo membrane. Flash all parapet walls and curbs. Fabricate and install parapet metal cap. See attached file.

Project work consist of: constructing a new four-bedroom, two bay fire station, storage building, pump building, and vehicle wash building, along with associated site improvements including a ground-mounted photovoltaic system, water storage tanks, and a fuel vault with dispensing system.

The City of Chehalis is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified engineers and architectural teams to provide professional services for the feasibility, renovation, and restoration of a historic fire station built in 1925 at 455 Park Street. The approximately 22,000 square foot facility is to be restored and updated for reoccupation as an active fire station while preserving its historic character. Submittals are limited to 15 pages, single-sided, with resumes allowed in an appendix that does not count toward the page limit.

This Contract provides for the installation of lighting and lighting controls.

Replacement of existing HVAC equipment.

Work includes grading, 1 EA tree removal, 23 SY remove & replace existing asphalt pavement, 34 SY remove & replace existing concrete pavement, 37 LF removal of 1'-6" concrete curb & gutter, 8 LF remove & replace 6" ribbon curb, 7 SY remove & replace 4" concrete sidewalk, 123 LF 4" pvc pipe, 1 EA adjustment of drop inlet rim. Work consists of Construction of a new Fire Department Headquarters Facility of approximately 24,000 SF.

Scope of work to be performed consists of, but not limited to, the renovation/ remodel of the fire fighter restroom facilities. The restroom renovation layout has been developed to satisfy the operational needs (privacy, gender neutral, accessibility) of the district. The interior renovations are taking place at the location of the existing restroom/shared facilities. They will provide the fire station with individual/singleuse private facilities. In addition, at fire station no. 174, the flooring in the kitchen and connected hallway will be replaced with a durable epoxy terrazzo finish for improved longevity and ease of maintenance. In addition, at fire station no. 175, there will be roof mechanical systems and roof repairs work.

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fire Station 1 Operations & Maintenance (OPM) for the Town of Westwood, MA. The solicitation includes equipment, supplies, maintenance services, and programmatic documentation, with two addenda already posted.
