Parking lot rehabilitation

Work consist of demolition and dispose of all existing electrical, mechanical, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, mirror, wall tile, floor tile, shower stall, doors and jambs, and drywall studs from the walls to be removed, frame all new non-bearing partition walls, ceiling, and doorways. Frame all privacy walls (4) bathrooms, relocate the plumbing, both sewer and supply lines to accommodate the new showers; supply and install (6) shower valves and (6) shower drains, supply and install (6) toilets and supply and install (5) vanity/sinks and (1) mounted vanity. The City of Lake Oswego is seeking proposals for Owner's Representation services to manage the replacement of the South Shore Fire Station. The selected consultant will provide project management, cost estimating, and construction oversight for a project necessitated by the current station's seismic non-compliance. The contract is expected to last for an initial two-year term with options for renewal.

The City of Aurora Fire Department is soliciting contractors to replace approximately 1,044 square feet of carpet with commercial-grade carpet tile and new rubber cove base at Fire Station 3. The scope includes removal of existing carpet and adhesives, surface preparation, installation of modular carpet tiles and rubber cove base, and a final inspection with the Owner's representative. Bidders must be licensed and insured in Illinois and comply with OSHA and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.

Butte County is seeking bids for the demolition and replacement of the existing asphalt parking lot at Fire Station #33 in Magalia, California.
